The home is very nicely appointed and ideally located for a vacation in Betlem. If a family is traveling, one needs to be aware that only the master bedroom on the 2nd floor has air conditioning. The other 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor do not. The main level (the first floor) is also air conditioned. The CasaBlanca restaurant/bar is only steps away from the unit. There is private parking for the unit between the restaurant and the unit. The latch on the washing machine also needs to be serviced. The unit was clean and had everything one needs to cook and make oneself at home for an extended stay. There is a small grocery store in close proximity, but it has very limited hours. If one has a car there is a better grocery store in the nearby town of Arta.

Although a dated/older property it had a lot of space (big rooms) and what we needed. It seemwd more like someone's home rather than a rental. The outdoor space was roomy with a great view.
The driveway was a bit of a challenge. Perched above a busy road, the nights were less busy.
Paula was delightful , but did not speak English, so we had to use our phone translater. The village is small, but several good restaurants and a pleasant walk.

We really loved this place. Such a lovely setting and really relaxing. The apartment suited us well (group of 4 women). Early fall was a perfect time to visit, warm enough to swim, but not too hot. The nearby town of San Gimiginano is lovely. The wine and olive tasting were a really nice extra.

Bel appartement bien situé conforme aux photos. Impeccable , spacieux et très propre. A 10 mn de la plage et 5 mn de la mer. Je recommande fortement cet appartement.

We had a great time in this amazing villa. When we booked we thought it was very expensive, but it was all very last minute, so we booked anyway. Once at the place, we were surprised by the luxery. Lights in the pool (even with a remote control!), a new fence, so a lot of privacy, automatic lights and blinds in the whole house.. It was all better then we expexted.
The owner was very kind and easy to reach for questions.
We wanted to come back this year, but because of corona we had to postpone that for now. Hopefully next year again!
