Villa Neper ist eine neu erbaute, moderne Einstöckige Villa in einem der exklusivsten und ruhigsten Gebiete des südöstlichen Menorca, Spanien. Das Anwesen verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer und ein zusätzliches Duschbad, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche sowie ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer. Die Villa ist um offene, helle und großzügig proportionierte Wohnräume konzipiert und erstreckt sich nahtlos in die Außenbereiche. Ein großer Swimmingpool mit Sonnenliegen bildet das Herzstück der Außenflächen, während der weitläufige Garten Privatsphäre und Freiraum bietet. Überdachte Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, und WLAN ist im gesamten Anwesen verfügbar.

Der Swimmingpool ist beeindruckend groß und wird von Sonnenliegen umgeben. Eine große überdachte Terrasse bietet Schatten während der wärmeren Stunden, während ein separater Chill-out-Bereich mit Sofas ausgestattet ist. Ein dedizierter Außenessbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen ermöglicht Mahlzeiten im Freien. Eine Terrasse bietet Meerblick. Villa Neper liegt in Cap d'en Font, einer prestigeträchtigen und ruhigen Enklave an der südöstlichen Küste Menorcas. Villa Bacio is a 400m2 luxurious villa, in the area between San Augustin and San Antonio, in a plot of 2,500m2 with a small view of the sea in Bay of San Antonio.
There is a nice garden with grass, trees and Mediterranean plants a pool 12.5x5mt, with the possibility to be heated (an extra cost could be applied, it depend of the season) , a deck with sunbeds, covered terraces with sofa and chill area to relax admiring the sunset. Two barbecues with outdoor dining area, the property is completed fenced to guarantee the right privacy.
Villa Bacio is divided between the main house and a dependence.
A spacious living room with glass sliding doors, with TV, DVD, and the fireplace is connected with the fully equipped modern kitchen in an open space connected directly with the outside.
In the main complex there are 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathroom and king size bed, one is connected with the living room by sliding doors; the other two, via an outside corridor along the villa.
There is also, a bedroom with a private entrance on the lower floor, a terrace and the sea view.
The last bedroom is located in the dependence, with a fully equipped kitchen and a private outdoor dining space.

Villa Ilona is a modern villa situated in one of the best areas of Talamanca in the direction of Can Pep Simó, only 5-minute drive from Ibiza center and a bit less from the Pacha club, Destino, Lio and Talamanca Beach. It is also near Jesús, where you can find all types of amenities, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, shops, etc.
The property is really beautiful, it is very bright with a predominance of white color and it offers breath-taking sea views and of Dalt Vila and Formentera.
This villa is newly built, it develops on three levels and it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms (5 en-suite and 2 guest bathrooms).

With its contemporay design and top quality details, this property is distribuited between 4 floors, on the ground floor the big living room with a spectacular sea view thanks to the large glass windows, a dining room with view, table and chairs and the open fully equipped kitchen , with a modern style and all the facilities to prepare excellent meals all togheter.
With a direct access to the external terrace, we move outside, a huge covered terrace with panoramic areas, table and armachairs , the place where to drink an apertitif during the sunset, a dining area with table and chairs and the incredible swimming pool 8x4 meters, and a very nice garden.
On the lower floor there is the garage for 2 cars.
All the 5 bethrooms are located on the second and third floor, they have direct access to terraces and amazing panoramic views and air conditioning, on the second floor there are three bedrooms: 1 with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 room has a double bed and share the bathroom with bathtub and shower, the last room has two single beds and share tha bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Going on the third floor one bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, one two single beds and one two bunk beds with en suite bathroom with bathub and shower.
At this floor there is also a small kitchen.
Villa Mirante is just 1.5km from the beach of Tamariu in a very quiet residential area in Aigua Gelida.

The spaces outside are really well organized with a partial covered terrace a grass garden a loung area with table and chairs for the dinners outside, relax areas, the BBQ and of course the infinity pool with deckchairs and a fantastic landascape on the Mediterranean sea, this is the perfect place for a refreshing bath after a sunny day.
Available for all the guests the paddle boards the stairs to go down at the beach, a paddle tennis course (paddle boards are available) light als in the night. The staff will be available (with an extra costa) to show you the Sa Riera beach by boat.
Moving inside directly from the large external terrace, there is the living room, with large glass windows from where to admire the outside, sofas , TV, the fireplace, a small indorr dining room and the open equipped, guest kitchen.

Die Villa ist registriert unter der Lizenz ET-0288-E Previo: ET-E-0197 und liegt nur 5 Minuten von den Stränden Cala Bassa und Cala Conta entfernt. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Gäste in 6 großzügig ausgestatteten Schlafzimmern, jedes mit eigenem Bad, und verfügt über Meerblick sowie Ausblicke auf die umliegende Vegetation. Ein privater rechteckiger Swimmingpool und ein großzügiger Außenbereich laden zu Entspannung und Freiluftaktivitäten ein.
Außenbereiche
Der Außenbereich von Villa Twilight ist durchdacht gestaltet, um das mediterrane Klima und die spektakuläre Naturlandschaft optimal zu nutzen. Der private rechteckige Swimmingpool bildet das Herzstück und ermöglicht Gästen, sich in vollständiger Abgeschiedenheit zu erfrischen. Eine großzügige Terrasse rund um den Pool ist mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet und bietet ideale Bedingungen zum Sonnenbaden und Entspannen. Ein dedizierter Grillbereich ermöglicht Außenessen und gesellige Zusammenkünfte; eine Außendusche ergänzt das Poolbereich-Erlebnis praktisch. Der Pool ist nicht mit einem Sicherheitszaun umgeben und wird nicht von einem Bademeister überwacht; Kinder müssen daher von einem Erwachsenen beaufsichtigt werden. Die Außenbereiche bieten Panoramablicke auf das Meer und die Vegetation.
Grundriss der Einheit
Villa Twilight erstreckt sich über 3 Ebenen und bietet Platz für bis zu 12 Gäste in 6 Schlafzimmern mit 6 Bädern. Das Erdgeschoss umfasst ein Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenstern, dekorativen Kamin mit offenem Herd, komfortablem Sofa und Esstisch für 10 bis 12 Personen; eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche; einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine; und ein Gäste-WC mit Dusche. Zwei Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene sind jeweils mit zwei Einzelbetten à 90 cm ausgestattet und verfügen über ein Bad mit Dusche, einen Ankleideraum und eine private Terrasse. Das erste Obergeschoss bietet 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett à 180 cm, Bad mit Dusche, Ankleideraum und private Terrasse. Die Raten beinhalten Gas, Wasser, Strom, Endreinigung, Touristensteuer, täglichen Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, tägliche Haushaltsreinigung außer sonntags und an Feiertagen sowie einen Willkommenskorb. Nicht in den Raten enthalten sind das Babybett (10,00 EUR pro Tag), der Hochstuhl (5,00 EUR pro Tag), Stornierungsversicherung und Kinderbetreuungs- oder Babysitting-Services. In der Neben- und Mittelsaison kann eine Gebühr anfallen, wenn der Verbrauch von Wärme und Strom den Durchschnitt übersteigt. Kinder sind willkommen; Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
