Villa Angelic is a beautiful property completely fenced, located in Es Cubells at 10 minutes from San Josep and Cala Jondal beach. With a terrace of 200m2 the infinity pool 9x4mt where to enjoy the spectacular sea view of Formentera, Salines and Cala Jondal. It’s the ideal place for a relaxing holiday to spend with the family thanks too the outdoor lounge and dining room with table and chairs and the barbecue.
One the ground floor the large living room with TV, sofas, and the modern fully equipped kitchen. There are also 3 of the 6 bedrooms, all with air conditioinng, flat screen TV and DVD player, they have a double bed (160cm), one single sink bathroom with and a spectacular sea view of the pool and Porrig from the private covered terraces.
On the first floor the Master room with a double bed (200x200cm), a separated dressing room, the en suite bathroom with two sinks and a large jacuzzi, a big private terrace of 20m2 and the sea view. The others two rooms with double beds (180), two sinks, one with a bath and the second with a large jacuzzi. Both has a private covered terrace with sea view.

The house was recently renovated with a modern style and luxurious details, it’s possible to arrive at the beach in 5 minutes walking, by a private access.

Villa Francisca is a gorgeous spacious property of 500 m2 located on a hill in Cala Corral, a few meters from the sea. The property is set in a fenced plot of 120,000 m2 with unparalleled views of the sea and the west coast of the island.
The property spreads over one level and has direct access to the small bay of Cala Corral via a staircase.
Inside the villa has a large living and dining area with plasma TV (TDT), access to the pool terrace with outstanding sea views. The dining room can sit 10 people.

Villa Ilona is a modern villa situated in one of the best areas of Talamanca in the direction of Can Pep Simó, only 5-minute drive from Ibiza center and a bit less from the Pacha club, Destino, Lio and Talamanca Beach. It is also near Jesús, where you can find all types of amenities, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, shops, etc.
The property is really beautiful, it is very bright with a predominance of white color and it offers breath-taking sea views and of Dalt Vila and Formentera.
This villa is newly built, it develops on three levels and it has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms (5 en-suite and 2 guest bathrooms).
On the ground floor, you find a large entrance / lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with bar, a terrace, 1 guest bathroom, 2 double rooms, one has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the other room has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and tub.

Nure Villa 2 is a brand-new villa built in 2016, situated in a quiet and residential area in the south-west of Menorca, 2 km from Ciutadella and about 250 m from the beach of Cala’n Blanes, with its white and fine sand and crystal-clear waters. The beach offers the opportunity of renting hammocks, paddle boats and features also a few restaurants and kiosks.
About 500 m away you will find the platforms of Cala'n Brut, a place frequented by young and not so young people of the island who appreciate the jumps from the cliffs. Besides being an ideal place for those who don't like the sand of the beach.
In about 15-minute on foot you will reach a walk with numerous bars, restaurants, clothing stores, souvenirs, supermarkets and a pharmacy.
This villa is adjacent to its twin and it is characterized by a predominance of white color that make it very bright and airy.
Downstairs it features an open-plan living area (with couch and TV) connected to the fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the exterior characterized by a patio with table and chairs ideal for al fresco dining, a lawn and a nice pool equipped with sun loungers. On this level we find also 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin bedded room), one bathroom, washing machine and iron.

Villa Bouquet is a luxurious villa with beautiful sea view of the south coast of Formentera, in Es Cubells, 450m2 with big gardens in a 10.000m2 plot, perfect for a family and private holiday. The 16x5mt private pool is surrounded by a large terrace with deckchairs and parasols, a covered patio for dining outside.
The Villa is developed on two levels: on ground floor the living room with sofas, fireplace,TV and dining area with a beautiful wood table and chairs, it has a direct access to the terrace, there is also a modern equipped kitchen.
At this level we find two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds , the second one with a 120cm single bed, both has direct access to the terrace.
The Master room is on the first floor, it has double bed, en-suite bathroom with big tub, and private terrace,
On the first floor a lounge area in Moroccan with cushions and sofas for relaxing moments together.
Complete the property an external gym area, the BBQ and the parking.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights;
Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pets not allowed
Pool has no swimming guard
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Late check in is allowed at extra price 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR to be paid cash upon arrival
Amount of security deposit : 5.000,00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
Final Cleaning: €400 to pay upon arrival
