Der Pool befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Villa entfernt, auf derselben Ebene, und ist über die gepflasterte Fläche leicht zu erreichen. Rechteckig geformt und mit den Maßen 12 x 4 Meter bei einer konstanten Tiefe von 1,20 Metern verfügt der Pool über eine PVC-Innenauskleidung mit einer äußeren Steineinfassung und umliegenden Fläche. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Treppe an der Schmalseite des Pools. Das Wasser wird durch ein Salzwasser-Filtersystem aufbereitet, und der Pool ist mit einer motorisierten elektrischen Abdeckung für zusätzliche Sicherheit und Komfort ausgestattet. Der Schlafbereich umfasst 2 Doppelschlafzimmer: Das erste ist ein Doppelschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Dusche, während das zweite Doppelschlafzimmer von einem separaten Badezimmer, ebenfalls mit Dusche, bedient wird. Das Anwesen bietet somit insgesamt 2 Badezimmer. Ein Waschraum befindet sich praktischerweise in einem externen Raum neben dem Hauptwohnbereich.
