Hervorragend 5 /5STAY HERE! This apartment was absolutely perfect. I stayed here for a full week and loved it. the only flaw is that it is located on the top floor, so you have to "hike" the stairs to get to it, but it really wasn't an issue for me. Once you get inside and see the wonderful view of the Duomo, the climb is forgiven. Pros = AMAZING air conditioning (the apartment was so nice and cold which is critical after being outside in the heat). The bed was so comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. The view was spectacular. At night the Duomo glows and you can hear the beautiful bell tower. It was very quiet at night, absolutely no noise from the street or neighbors (I’m a very light sleeper). It was very clean and smelled very clean. Full amenities including a full kitchen. You are also in the heart of the city (2 blocks from the city center, 7min walk to stain station, 1 block from Medici palace, 1 block from the academia where the David statue is, 10min walk from the river and Uffizi museum, and seconds away from food, wine, and gelato). Florence is fantastic, but it is hot, kind of dusty, and hectic due to tourism so having a “getaway” apartment like this that feels like home away from home is so nice! If you don’t have any physical issues and can climb the stairs I highly suggest staying here, I know I will when I visit again.
