Studio-Apartment mit großem Fenster und fantastischem Blick über die Dächer von Florenz, die Kuppel des Doms und den Glockenturm von Giotto. 30 Quadratmeter im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug. Bis zu drei Betten, aufgeteilt in ein Doppelbett und ein einzelnes Schlafsofa, Kochnische, Bad mit Dusche.
LAGE
Mitten im historischen Zentrum zwischen dem Dom und der Accademia, wo der berühmte David von Michelangelo aufbewahrt wird, und nur wenige Schritte von der Piazza Signoria, den Uffizien, dem Bargello und dem berühmten Ponte Vecchio in Florenz entfernt.
Alles Orte, die von unserer Wohnung aus in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

Die Wohnung ist mit einem Gasherd, einem Kühlschrank, einer Mikrowelle, einem Bügeleisen und einem Bügelbrett, einer Klimaanlage (warm und kalt), einem Fernseher, einer Waschmaschine, einem Bad mit Dusche, einer kompletten Küchenausstattung, einem Bad und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Es gibt einen „Wireless Internet“-Anschluss mit unbegrenzter Nutzung.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. This apartment couldn't be better located. Out the door with the Duomo a block and a half to the right and the Acadamia a block to the left. The apartment itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed

The apartment met our expectations. It was spacious, clean and had all the things we needed. Because of the hot weather, we were grateful for the air conditioning in every room. At our arrival, we were welcomed by Osvaldo, the manager and he explained everything we needed to know. The flat is in the middle of Firenze, close to all the sightseeing attractions. Unfortunately, we didn't know, that it is not allowed to drive into the old town, where the apartment is located. So we had to leave our car one night in a car park in order to avoid a fine

Muy buena ubicación, hay tienda para comprar cosas básicas a corta distancia, zona turística y se tiene acceso a todo sin tener que utilizar transporte de ningún tipo.

Dante is in the perfect location: so close to the main attractions and within walking distance of the train station. As for the apartment, it is exactly as described. Communication with Roberto or his family was generally very good, although we had problems with the wifi cutting out which took a while to rectify. Roberto kindly set up a new modem system for us which improved the situation - be mindful that the wifi doesn't reach the bedrooms, though. Overall, though, we loved staying at Dante due to its prime location and spacious living area. Great for students, too!

Great apartment, perfect location. I repeat, perfect location. Very clean, easily fits 6 comfortably, and the host was incredibly kind and responsive. Would 100% book again.

AMAZING LOCATION! the apartment itself is on the top floor of the building, so lots of stairs, but the location is worth it. 2 min walk to the Duomo. 2 min walk to the Academia Galleria. 10-15 min walk to shopping and Pointe Vecchio. The apartment itself could have used more mirrors, so if your group had a lot of girls, make sure to bring a compact mirror. We had an amazing stay. I would stay here again, highly recommend.

The apartment was clean, had plenty of space (there were 6 of us) and was in a very excellent location. Please be aware that this apartment is on the 4th floor (102 steps) and is difficult with heavy luggage. We had a little difficulty with the internet connection and there was not a lot of hot water. The location, space, and price more than made up for these minor issues. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Florence (just pack lighter).
