Great location, very close to Montepulciano,the house was very comfortable for us and i liked the style. Bedrooms and bathrooms superb. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the city.

La cucina fornitissima ,(unico problema non andava la lavostiviglie ma la sistemerenno), barbeque, caminetto con una vista bellissima sulle colline toscane ... .

Presso la Vecchia Fattoria abbiamo vissuto un'atmosfera di "altri tempi" in un contesto naturale dove tutto aveva un sapore magico. I proprietari sono persone disponibili, squisite, presenti ma assolutamente non invadenti. Sono stati giorni indimenticabili. Grazie e a presto

We stayed in Gallo Nero with 2 family's with older kids and we had a terrific time. We were lucky to have wonderful weather and even lunched in the sun on the terrace!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung voll und ganz. Was uns negativ auffiel war der deutliche Hörbare Strassenlärm der nahen Strasse und zwar im Haus sowie draussen. Es herrscht auf dieser Strasse überraschend viel Durchgangsverkehr. Da wir in einer Jahreszeit vorort waren wo man nicht draussen ist, war es für uns nicht sehr störend. Im Sommer würde ich das aber nicht wollen.

L'appartamento era pulito, così come lenzuola e asciugamani, in cucina abbiamo trovato: sale, pepe, zucchero, sapone per i piatti, detersivo per lavastoviglie ecc. e il proprietario ci ha fornito anche le cialde per la macchina del caffè espresso.
A pochi passi c'è la fermata Cipro della Metropolitana e il Vaticano è veramente a pochi passi.

We had a great stay at the castle and thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time in the grounds and the surrounding countryside. Most supplies you will need for your stay are a short walk away in the tiny village to the south west, as well as buses into Firenze (which is highly recommended). Would highly recommend!
