Meravigliosa accoglienza da parte del Sig. Dino che è molto premuroso nei confronti degli ospiti. La casa è bella con un panorama fantastico. Consigliatissimo!

Brilliant villa - everything we had expected from the photos and description and more... we loved the large infinity pool (wifi everywhere including the pool!)and the views are absolutely stunning. Very quiet, very private - an idyllic holiday home...

La casa en sí está bien aunque hay varias cosas que deberían mejorar:
- la limpieza es deficiente (las sábanas estaban sucias y tuvimos que lavarlas el primer día; también había suciedad en el menaje de la cocina por lo que tuvimos que volver a fregar todo).
- falta menaje teniendo en cuenta que la casa es de 6 PAX. No había 6 platos iguales.
- no se pueden ver canales de TV españoles
Teniendo en cuenta el precio que se paga lo mínimo que se espera es que la casa esté limpia!!.

- the cleanness is unsatisfactory (the bed-sheets were dirty and we had to wash them on the first day; also the kitchen equipment had to be washed entirely).
- the kitchenware was not ok, considering that the house has sleeps....there were not 6 plates of the same type;
- TV channels in Spanish were not available.
For the price we paid, we expected to find at least a clean house!!
[Counter comment by Easy Reserve]: Unfortunately the owner was not present on site, he delegates an external staff to clean and maintain the accommodation and this time they clearly did not make a good job. It is very important however that on such occasions the renters contact the local staff immediately, or our agency in case the issues are not promptly fixed.

A lovely comfortable well equipped villa. Excellent location for touring the area. The view from the private backyard is stunning at any time of day or night. The two rooms are separated by the entry pathway and although unusual, this just seems to work. On one side, you have a fully equipped kitchen that seats four, a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower, albeit small but tastefully updated. The separate living room has a comfy couch and chairs for TV viewing if you want. We spent our time on the covered patio to enjoy the views and the frequent visits from the owner,s two lovely dogs who would come to play or just hangout. Attached to living room, there is a shed, as spotless as the villa, with a washing machine for you to use if needed. No dryer but who needs that with the hot Tuscan sun. Marco is a great host, and living next door, he was always ready to help if needed, but never encroached on our privacy, this is a truly wonderful place to enjoy Tuscany

Erstklassige Lage auf einem Hügel mit einem prachtvollen Blick in die Landschaft. Ruhige Lage. Zum Entspannen sehr empfehlenswert. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Schwimmbecken.

Wunderschönes, individuelles & liebevolles Interieur. Eine sehr, sehr herzliche Vermieterin, die stets um unser Wohl bemüht war & keine Wünsche offen lies. Es fehlte an nichts. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Objekt war, wie so oft in Italien, nur mit viel Gefühl zu befahren. Aber ansonsten herausragendes Objekt.

Wonderfully and lovingly decorated interiors. A very, very cordial landlady, who was always concerned about our well-being & nothing to be desired. There was nothing missing. Only the access road to the property was to be driven with attention, as it is very often the case in Italy. But otherwise outstanding object.
