Too much noise of cars and trucks that, in my overall rating, brings this wonderful structure from "exceptional" to "poor"
While the view from the tower is absolute fantastic, the furniture are pretty old and not well maintained (specially the kitchen and the dining room): considering the distance from the first village (Talamone) and that the guests might decide to have dinner and/or lunch in the tower instead of driving the 7km path, the kitchen should be far better equipped. Always considering the isolation of the tower, we would also recommend the landlords to let the guest find upon their arrival at least a bottle of water. Beds and toilets are OK. The road to reach the tower needs also some urgent works of consolidation. I'd suggest to consider a 4x4 type of car. Please consider that with current road condition it can take up 30 min from national road to the Tower (approx 7km).

Casa molto bella e curata, molto accessoriata. gentilissima e molto disponibile Aurora per ogni nostra esigenza e problema. Posizione panoramica splendida.

Per il resto tutto perfetto e anche se tutti gli anni cambiamo località direi che mi piacerebbe tornare in questo luogo.

Very nice and well-kept house, very well equipped. Aurora is very kind and very helpful for every need. Splendid panoramic position.
If I can give an advice, I would provide the pool towels.
For the rest everything is perfect and, even if we change places every year, I would say that I would like to come back to this place.

Le cadre du château est très joli, typique toscan.
Cependant, 10 logements, dont le 36, sont à l' extérieur du parc, au bord de la route face au parking !
Donc très bruyant dans les chambres en simple vitrage, qui donnent directement sur la petite route où passent tracteurs, 2 roues, camion poubelles ...dès 6h le matin.
Équipement minimum = manque four, grille pain, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux, vaisselle très limitée,
Maintenance : literie vieillissante, porte de chambre parent ne ferme pas, gaz cuisson 1 feu ne fonctionne pas, chaises trop basses pour la table intérieure
Situé à coté du logement des personnes de l' entretien, donc passsage permanent du personnel au ras de la table extérieure.
Point positif : c' est grand, le chateau est beau.

The setting of the castle is very pretty, typical Tuscan.
However, 10 units, including the 36, are outside the park, at the edge of the road facing the car park! So very noisy in single-glazed rooms, which overlook the small road where tractors, motorcycles, garbage trucks pass ... from 6 am in the morning.
Minimum equipment = lacking oven, toaster, dishwasher, hair dryer, very limited crockery,
Maintenance: old bedding, the door of the main bedroom does not close, gas cooking 1 fire does not work, chairs too low for the inner table.
Located next to the housing of the people of the maintenance, thus permanent pass of the staff close to the table of outside.

perfekte Unterkunft für eine Mischung aus Badeurlaub und Sightseeing in Rom. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Beste war der riesige Panorama Balkon mit großem Esstisch und Sofa, der auf den Fotos gar nicht gezeigt wird.

Perfect accommodation for a mix of beach holiday and sightseeing in Rome. Very nice and helpful landlord. The best was the huge panoramic balcony with a large dining table and sofa, which is not shown in the photos.
