Great holiday, introduced to the property on arrival by the family/owners. Beautifully clean and the layout suited our 3 families perfectly. The kitchen was an added bonus, so many large houses we visit simply do not have the tools for cooking for 12 but this villa certainly does. So we eat most evenings at the villa but we did pop out and eat at the local pizzeria which is close and cheap and very tasty. Located with easy reach of San Gimignano/Florence/Siena and dozens of winery’s. We visited Fatteria La Ripa about a mile away and the host was knowledgeable and great story teller, so much more interesting than the normal ‘we produce 150k bottles and they cost €!’
All round great holiday and great and well appointed inside and out villa and the A/C was a really appreciated and well used !!

Absolutely beautiful stay. Pierro and Louisa are perfect hosts (thank you for the fresh plums from the garden!). Amazing swimming pool and BBQ area. 15 minutes from Cortona. Very much looking forward to returning.

A fine house on a great place. Quiet, private, lots of birds in the garden. There is little hot water, just enough for one and a half shower, if you are quick. With three teenage daughters that was quite difficult. We have to save water anyway, to save the world. Good practice!

It's an authentic, really beautiful house in the most amazing setting. What makes it perfect are the small touches. Beautiful art, high quality furniture and the little touches added by the two housekeepers: from fresh flowers and little gifts through to really good communication. Thank you!! The drive down to the house is challenging though and I personally did not feel comfortable to navigate down there in the dark. But that's clearly spelt out in the rental agreement. We had the most amazing time and would whole-heartedly recommend both this Location and EasyReserve.

We very much enjoyed our Family vacation at Villa Agazzi - the inventory and the set up, the gardens, the property in total, the pool and the very private feeling we got was perfect. The only thing to improve is the list of available content to be left with the agency. For example I asked prior to our arrival whether pool towels are supplied and was told no, so I had to bring 6 heavy bathing towels in addition to our luggage. In fact the towels are all provided at the property. I also asked whether coffee makers are available and was given affirmative from the agency (Easy Reserve), it would be easier if there was an inventory listing available to the renter in Advance. The owner, Patricia was very helpful and gave very good suggestions of various Restaurants nearby and also for excursions (e.g to Assisi)

Mooi, ruim, goed geëquipeerd huis met enorme tuin (goed afgesloten, zodat de hond los kan). Rustig gelegen, goede bedden. Jaren 70 inrichting functioneert nog prima.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful, spacious, well-equipped house with a huge garden (well-closed, so that the dog can be free). Quiet location, good beds. 70's interior still works great.
