Property manager was very nice but didn't speak english so just be aware of that. Hot tub was turned on for us but does not get very hot would be better if got hotter seems that the heater is not working properly.

Très belle maison excellemment située en plein centre du vieux bourg. Ambiance italienne garantie. Intérieur spectaculaire et rien ne manque. La meilleure adresse de Carovigno.

The property is amazing - great location, beautiful landscape and very reasonably priced. The owner is so gracious and hospitable. He also owns a restaurant nearby and I highly recommend going there!

Alojamiento sin lujos pero muy cómodo y con las mejores vistas al valle que puedas imaginar. Lo único que echamos en falta fue Wifi.

Flat was all new but not very clean. Bedroom was very good, comfortable bed. But the windows were bad isolated and you could hear every single noise at the street. The towels were old, small and very bad quality. It is 25-30 min away by tram from center. There were extra charges which nobody told us before making reservation, like the City tax 18€ and the cleaning which I think it was too high (as the flat wasn’t very clean), they charged us 10€ per person including my baby and my 5 year old child, so 40€ All in cash. They also asked 200€ in cash too as a deposit to be refund if everything was ok the last day.
I gave everything the first day we were there and the last day when we were supposed to get the deposit back, she said I didn’t give the right amount the first day, so she didn’t refund 20€ back to us. I think that was very unprofessional. She should have counted the money when I gave it to her and if it was wrong, she should have told us in that moment, not 3 days later when there’s no proof I gave her a wrong amount.
They were kind but unprofessional
We were 2 couples visiting from Australia and loved the charm & ambience of this old Tuscan farmhouse. Very close to the town and old town. Very friendly owner who speaks very little English but he will be there quickly if you need him.
