Very nice villa. We (2 families) had a pleasant stay and definitely enjoyed the swimming pool.

The property is beautiful. The pool is wonderful. The apartment is lacking. It has loose toilet seats, and sub par bathrooms. Also, since it has a functional kitchen, it would have been nice to have had some dish soap, salt and pepper and perhaps a sponge to wash dishes and a trash bag or two. We had to purchase all staples for a one week stay.
The weather was very hot. We did not expect air conditioning, but a fan would have been a welcomed addition. Some of the rooms were stifling.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Casa Rossa dans un cadre bucolique et calme en profitant de la piscine qui est super ! Nous conseillons vivement cette location dont la photo correspond parfaitement au cadre réel. A noter que depuis la tonnelle la vue est incroyable !

Excellent stay at this gorgeous villa located on the hills of Camaiore. Perfect location a short drive to local shops and also close enough to Viareggio. House was very well maintained, very clean, the pool was the best part of our stay we really enjoyed it . Highly recommended.

appartement bien équipé, très belle vue sur la baie de Rosas. Mais très bruyant en juillet et aout : musique de l'hotel d'en face jusqu'à minuit + fiesta des jeunes jusqu'à 2 ou 3 heures de matin et à 6heures nettoyage motorisé de la rambla : nuit très courte, pas de climatisation donc fenêtres ouvertes. totalement à déconseiller si vous n'êtes pas là pour faire la fête toutes les nuits.

Sehr schöne Maisonette Wohnung. Wir waren in Maritiem 302. es war sinnvoll und gemütlich ausgestattet, lediglich das Bad war viel zu klein. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 mit zwei Einzelbetten unten und 2 oben. Davon 1 ebenfalls mit 2 Einzelbetten und eines mit einem 160x200 Bett. Die Einzelbetten können nicht zusammen gestellt werden, da die Kopfteile breiter sind als die Liegefläche.
(English translation - Very nice duplex apartment. We were in Maritiem 302. It was useful and comfortable equipped, only the bathroom was too small. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with two single beds downstairs and 2 upstairs. 1 of them also with 2 single beds and one with a 160x200 bed. (2 adults, 1 child, July 2019) We spent a diversified and restful holiday at the charming and lovingly restaured house in Karashka. The communication with our hosts was fast, helpful and friendly all the time. The surrounding nature and the landscape of central Balkan are overwhelming.
