Ein wunderschönes Haus auf drei Etagen, nur 2-3 Minuten per PKW zum schünen Ort mit toller Strandpromendade. Dort und am Marktplatz findet man etliche schöne Restaurants und Bars, ebenso am Hafen. Der Ort ist modern, aber sehr gepflegt und angenhmen, authentisch, man trifft sich am Marktplatz.

Der Garten und Pool war sehr schön und es gibt viele Innen- und Außenduschen. HIer und auch im Meer konnten wir noch baden, sehr angenehm bei 26-30 Grad. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Ober- und Untergeschoss, zu erreichen über angenehme Treppen -ohne Geländer-.

Die Küche im UG beim grossen Esstisch wurde umgewandelt in ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, aber wir haben ohnehin immer draußen gegessen auf der Terrasse im EG.

Wir hatten eine rundum tolle Woche. Vielen Dank, dass wir auch nachts (gg 23h) noch ohne Probleme den Schlüssel bekommen konnten, nachdem wir Probleme mit der Autovermietung und Unwetter hatten, top! Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert

There and on the market square you will find a number of nice restaurants and bars, as well as at the harbor. The village is modern, but very well maintained and pleasant, authentic, you meet at the market square.

The garden and pool were very nice and there are lots of indoor and outdoor showers. We were able to swim here and also in the sea, which was very pleasant at 26-30 degrees. The bedrooms are located on the upper and lower floors, accessible via pleasant stairs - without railings.

The kitchen in the basement near the large dining table was converted into another bedroom, but we always ate outside on the terrace on the ground floor anyway.

We had an all around great week. Thank you very much that we were able to get the key without any problems even at night (around 11 p.m.) after we had problems with the car rental and storms! The communication worked great

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Bulleri. Stefano war ein toller Gastgeber, wie auch das Ambiente des alten, urigen Gebäudes, das den Charakter eines Landhauses authentisch widerspiegelt.

Die Nähe zu den touristischen Spot ist klasse, der Supermarkt hier im Ort, zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten durch die Weinberge erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war klasse, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, wo allen Dingen viel Platz für 12 Personen.

Auch die Möglichkeit, den Pool im Oktober zu nutzen war wunderbar - an kühleren Tagen konnten wir die offene Feuerstelle nutzen.

The proximity to the tourist spots is great, the supermarket here in town can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes through the vineyards.

The equipment of the house was great, we had everything we needed and plenty of space for 12 people.

The opportunity to use the pool in October was also wonderful - on cooler days we were able to use the open fire pit.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Metro und Bushaltestellen sind schnell zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Keyholderin. Sie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wegen Flugverschiebung benötigten wir ein Taxi mitten in der Nacht, wir sind ihr sehr dankbar, dass sie sich darum gekümmert hat und alles problemlos funktionierte.

The keyholder deserves special mention. She is very nice and helpful. Due to flight postponement we needed a taxi in the middle of the night, we are very grateful to her for taking care of this and making everything work smoothly.

Nous avons réservé la villa pour une semaine en Toscane en famille.
1. La situation: vue exceptionnelle sur Montecatini Terme. Parfait pour rayonner sur la Toscane: 45' de Florence et de Pise. 45' de la route touristique de la vallée du Chianti (compter ensuite une petite heure pour rejoindre Sienne).
2. La villa: très spacieuse. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains et ses toilettes. Parfait entre 16 et 22 personnes. Equipements adaptés pour cuisiner pour un groupe. Frigos, vaisselle, cafetières,... en conséquence.
3. Le jardin: belle et grande piscine; terrain de jeu en sable; immense parc (attention ça monte fort !)
4. Stefano: le propriétaire, très sympathique, vous rend visite tous les jours (poubelles, entretien de la piscine,...)
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle villa parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en groupe. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

1. The location: exceptional view of Montecatini Terme. Perfect for exploring Tuscany: 45' from Florence and Pisa. 45' from the tourist route of the Chianti valley (then allow a short hour to reach Siena).
2. The villa: very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Perfect for 16 to 22 people. Equipment suitable for cooking for a group. Fridges, dishes, coffee makers,... accordingly.
3. The garden: beautiful and large swimming pool; sand playground; huge park (be careful it goes uphill!)

We spent an excellent week in this beautiful villa, perfectly suited for a group stay. We warmly recommend the villa.

Sehr große Wohnung in der man genug Raum für alle Reisenden hat. Super bequeme Matratzen in den Betten. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist großzügig und so waren wir ganz ungestört. Die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen - und der Kamin war bei trübem Wetter das Highlight.

Wir waren eine Woche in Casa Max und können nur schwärmen. Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war super. Es war alles liebevoll hergerichtet und man hat sich wie zuhause gefühlt. Hatte man eine Rückfrage, so bekam man diese umgehend von Emilio beantwortet. Hier waren wir in keinem Fall das letzte Mal :)
