The Villa was very clean and mostly as described on the website. During our stay, the Jacuzzi wasn’t working.
The arrival went smoothly and the owner was very flexible when it came to when and how we would get the keys and pay the tourist tax.

During our stay we were very satisfied with the vila.
The only “bigger” issue we had was that in one of the bedrooms and the adjoining bathroom the lights weren’t working. However, the owner was very helpful and solved the problem.
Also, some of the pool loungers were in poor condition.

Overall the experience was very nice and I would definitely recommend staying at the villa.

Fantastic villa and meticulous management.
The perfect villa for eight to ten people, in a strategic location for visiting eastern Sicily and its fabulous beaches.
Claudio's management of La Rosa del Mare is meticulous and attentive, and he is available 24/7. Extremely professional, with excellent service.

[English translaltion courtesy of Easy Reserve] The house is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay... including a washing machine, a dishwasher, and—very importantly—air conditioning. Aesthetically, it isn't exceptional. Special mention goes to the pool, which is a real asset and a crucial feature of the property (without the pool, the rating would be lower). Any downsides? The cleanliness isn't excellent, and upon arrival, you expect the beds to be made and ready... instead, you find the sheets in bags and have to make the bed yourself (though it’s not a major issue).

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] I would book this accommodation again if air conditioning were installed in all the bedrooms. Everything else truly deserves a five-star rating—especially the pool, as you have it all to yourself and it is situated right in the middle of the olive grove.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] It was a lovely, clean holiday home—nice and spacious, fully equipped, and featuring a beautiful enclosed garden; all in all, the perfect recipe for a wonderful holiday.
The central location, combined with the quiet surroundings, makes for a delightful stay.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The place is really great; there is a lovely garden, and the pool is very pleasant for relaxing at the end of the day. The accommodation is nice too, though it really lacks air conditioning. It was 34 degrees inside at night, making sleep difficult because the ceiling fan just circulated hot air and was noisy. A few small things were also missing, such as ice cube trays in the freezer and some basic essentials. Nevertheless, we have very fond memories of our stay.
