Beautiful property in the city center but on a quiet road lined with beautiful life size stations of the cross leading to an amazing view of the old and new Salzburg. Well appointed, clean and comfortable with new amenities for four persons. The perfect flat away from home. Walk to all tourist attractions; pools, bike paths, mini-golf and an ice skating rink all within minutes of the location too. A travelers paradise.

We had a great time at Casa frati. The villa was beautifully renovated and had very unique furnishings and a wonderful pool. Very comfortable for a family of 4. Melanie S. from Toronto, Canada

This is a simply lovely place to stay, particularly if you've got kids. It is a family-run establishment, run by Marina and Francesco, who could not be more welcoming. Marina teaches Tuscan cooking for a living and part of the experience is the offer of a Tuscan cookery course, followed by a traditional Italian evening meal with the family!
The facilities are lovely and homely apartments, each with a private area. There are all the cooking implements, plates, dishes, tools you could wish for. Bedrooms are good sixe and in our apartment there was choice of 2 showers. There is a simply lovely communal swimming pool sunk into the middle of a large grassy area which is lovely to sit at and perfect for keeping an eye on the kids. We couldn't improve on the experience if we tried! Thanks you, so much, Marina and Francesco (and your kids) for a simply perfect experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone!

Good: Nice house, nice pool and nice reception. Very nice environment (if you like to be in the middle of nowhere).
Not so good: There is no usable shade available outside the house. A few parasols at the pool and a common room with one side open, but that is filled with a table tennis and not really a rest area.
Sprinklers are loud and go off at 3am and 6am. If you happen to be in an apartment where the bedroom sides with the grass you'll likely get no sleep.

Very nice area. A lot of space available inside the clean appartments. Just a few renters on a big property with a beautiful swimmingpool. Real Tuscany feeling.

Charming small villa with beautiful gardens. The pool was great for kids as it was not too deep and it was cleaned daily by the owner. Many lovely places to explore nearby – Populonia is well worth a visit. There are also many nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing family holiday here.

My family and I stayed in the 2 apartments in Brenzone in August. The apartments were extremely clean and roomy, the kitchen was well equiped with everything you could need. The pool was great with plenty of sunbeds and the views stunning. The owners who live on the property were very friendly and helpful and certainly did not intrude on your space. August was very hot and only one of the apartments had aircon, we would have liked it in the other apartment. The property is on quite a hill so you need to be fit or have a car. Brenzone is very quiet but has a good supermarket and restaurants, it is very close to Malcesine which is beautiful but far too busy for our liking. I would highly recommend this property.

We genuinely ednjoyed the place and the owner was very accommodating. Our only "grumble" was that the pool is not conveniently accessed from the "sitting area" in the garden - steps down would have been much easier and made the pool area more "inclusive" (the existing access is walking down a gravel path... and the pool is not easily overseen from this sitting area)
