Er ist der ideale Ort für diejenigen, die Entspannung in den Hügeln suchen und für diejenigen, die ihren Kindern ein unvergessliches Erlebnis im Kontakt mit der Natur und den Tieren des Bauernhofs, wie Schafe, Esel, Esel, Schweine und Maremma-Kühe, bieten möchten. Der Bauernhof besteht aus ca. 80 Hektar und produziert ausgezeichnete Montecucco D.O.C. Zum Baden im Meer können Sie wunderbare Ausflüge unternehmen, sogar täglich, zu den Badeorten der goldenen tyrrhenischen Küste, Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto und Marina di Alberese sind ca. 50 km entfernt und in etwas mehr als 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Der Agriturismo Le Calle besteht aus 4 Wohnungen, von denen sich 3 im Agrarzentrum befinden (Carola, Olinto und Bandiera) und die CASETTA LE CALLE, die 2 km entfernt liegt und über eine nicht asphaltierte Straße zu erreichen ist, die für Sportwagen nicht empfohlen wird. Casetta Le Calle ist besonders empfehlenswert für diejenigen, die ihre Privatsphäre bewahren wollen. Nach 2 km unbefestigter Straße erwartet Sie ein atemberaubendes 360°-Panorama rund um das Ferienhaus. Grüne und süße Hügel, die Ihnen zu jeder Jahreszeit und in jedem Moment des Tages unvergessliche Bilder und Farben schenken.
Angrenzend an das Bauernhaus, wo sich das Haus des Eigentümers befindet, gibt es einen Swimmingpool (Größe 6x12 m - Tiefe 1,20 - 1,70 m - geöffnet vom 01. Mai bis 15. Oktober), eine Waschküche, ein Bad mit Dusche und einen Park mit Kinderspielplatz.
Haustiere sind gestattet (Möglicherweise fallen Gebühren an).
In den Monaten Juli und August organisiert der Eigentümer während Ihres Aufenthaltes eine Fahrt mit dem AGRIBUS, einem traktorgezogenen Anhänger für den Personentransport, einer modernen Version des Ochsenkarrens, und führt Sie rund um den Bauernhof, um die wunderschöne Landschaft der Maremma zu bewundern. The holiday rental flat Carla is located in Ronchi and Poveromo di Marina di Massa, only 800 metres from the beaches of Versilia. It is located within a building that houses two flats, one on the first floor and one on the ground floor, namely Apartment Carla. The entrance to both holiday apartments is the same, but they have private areas in the garden - not fenced off from each other.
The area is perfect for a summer holiday, immersed in the green pine forest of Ronchi - it enjoys much cooler days and evenings than other areas. In addition, the village centre is only 600 metres away, where you will find a grocery store, post office, pharmacy, bar, butcher's shop, pizzeria and much more.
