Blockferienhaus, Baujahr 2002, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, kleines Schlafzimmer mit 1 Bett, Sauna (Holzofen), Waschraum (Dusche), Ankleideraum, Toilette, Diele und grosse teilweise überdachte Terrassenflächen. 2 Personen können im separaten Nebengebäude übernachten (Elektroheizung, Holzofen, Kochplatte und Kühlschrank). Das Nebengebäude befindet sich direkt neben dem Haupthaus. Im Holzschupppen gibt es tragbares Zustellbett und Jugendbett (für ein Kind von ca. 3-10 Jahren), die bei Bedarf benutzt werden können. Neben dem Nebengebäude befindet sich Garage, die vom Eigentümer selbst genutzt wird (der Eigentümer wird sie nicht nutzen, wenn das Ferienhaus für Kunden gebucht ist). Kinderbett %3D Babyreisebett. The cabin includes a living room/kitchen, a separate WC, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. The loft has another double bed and two additional single beds. You can enjoy spectacular views directly to the sea from the benches of the electric sauna (instant ready sauna stove). The washroom has a shower and a small dressing room. The sun shines on the cabin from morning to evening, and the spacious terrace is perfect for admiring sunsets and grilling.
From the private pier, you have access to the sea via swimming steps. The shore deepens quickly, which is important to consider when holidaying with children. Two SUP boards and a rowing boat are available for guests (included in the rental price).

From the hall, double doors open to the backyard, where a high-quality outdoor lounge set invites you to relax in the open air.
On the upper floor is an open space with a double bed at one end and three single beds at the other.
On the lower floor, accessible via a separate outdoor entrance, you'll find impressive entertainment facilities: a billiards table, a movie room (65' smart TV and a BOSE surround sound system), a bar counter, and a separate WC.

The villa is built on one floor, featuring an open living room and kitchenette with high-quality appliances. The living room has a light fireplace for ambiance and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds that can be placed together. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a large terrace. The living room also has a high-quality and easy-to-use sofa bed as an alternative sleeping space.
From the entrance hall, there is access to the sauna area and a separate WC, which also includes a washing machine.
In the cottage's terrace there is a wood heated hot tub (customer heats it by himself), which can be rented for extra price. The Hot tub is in use all year round. Auf einem ca. 300 m entfernten Weg (mit dem Auto ca. 1 km) befindet sich ein öffentlicher Strand, der auch für kleine Kinder geeignet ist. Auf der Terrasse des Hauses gibt es auch eine mit Holz beheizte Wanne (der Kunde beheizt diese Wanne selbst), welche gegen Aufpreis gemietet werden kann. Der Sprudelbad ist das ganze Jahr über in Gebrauch.
