Wohnküche, Nische (5 m², kein Fenster) mit Doppelbett, Dachboden mit 2 Betten, steile und schmale Treppe zum Dachboden, Sauna, WC und Duschkabine im Waschraum, Terrasse (50 m²). Ferienhaus in felsiger Hanglage, naturbelassener Hof, unten Feldbereich und 100 m² ebene Fläche, zum Beispiel für Hofspiele. Schöne, grosse überdachte Terrasse. Wäschetrockner und Luftwärmepumpe. Weg zum Ufer führt durch die Felder. Lagerfeuerplatz am Ufer. Die Ortsstrasse verläuft 30 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt, Bäume und Sträucher zwischen dem Haus und der Strasse. Das Brausen der Stromschnellen Säynätkoski kann gehört werden (Entfernung 300 m). Ruderboot und 4 Schwimmwesten zur freien Benutzung. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, aber manchmal besucht der Hund des Eigentümers das Haus, so dass es nicht für Menschen mit Tierallergie geeignet ist.
