Die Villa befindet sich nur 25 Meter von der Bottnischen See entfernt, an der Hyvinluodonfäärtti, einer schmalen und geschützten Meerenge mit tiefem, felsigem und weichem Tongrund.

Die Außenbereiche sind bemerkenswert. Ein großer Steg erstreckt sich über das Wasser und bietet direkten Zugang zum Schwimmen, Angeln oder zum Genießen der atemberaubenden Küstenaussichten. Während der Wintermonate muss Wasser für die holzbeheizte Sauna in Eimern aus einer etwa 20 Meter entfernten Quelle geholt werden. Die Fußbodenheizung im Ankleidezimmer der holzbeheizten Sauna ist während der Winterperiode nicht in Betrieb.

Planed log villa built in 2007-2008 (100 m²), with a separate wood-heated lakeside sauna. Situated approx. 270 km to the northwest from Helsinki, 22 km from Pori, in Onnenkoski, on the tranquil lake Haapijärvi.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.
The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder.

15 km to the north from Rauma, river Eurajoki 20 m, pier, 2 kayaks, sup-board, pier, swimming ladder. The river deepens sharply right from the shore, you can swim from the pier by ladder or from the side of the pier. The river is several meters deep in the middle and in the summer there can be some flow (depending on rainfall).

This destination consists of two buildings.
Main building 190 m²: On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms: 180 cm wide motor bed in the master bedroom (beds can be separated if necessary), in the second bedroom a 160 cm wide double bed and in the third two single beds.
Kitchen, separate WC, there is an instant ready electric sauna stove in the sauna and a bath-/hydro massage bath in the washroom.
On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms with two separate beds each, separate WC, living area. In alcove 2 beds, laver to be spread and mattress. Upstairs there is a glazed balcony with infrared heaters.
