76 km to the northeast from Joensuu, lake Koitere 25 m (163.667 km²), a low gently sloping child friendly beach. At the end of the pier approx. 2 m, private beach, pier, and boat with an electric motor. In addition, there is a wooden boat shared with the neighbor. The boat is located on the border of the plots and can be used whenever it is free. The owner rents a motorboat with a 30 hp engine for an additional price.

Ready for use hydro massage bath outdoors is included in the rent and is located next to a separate sauna building.
The main cabin’s ground floor features a modern living room/kitchen, a separate WC, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The main cabin has two spacious covered terraces, one enclosed with glass. The sauna building includes a dressing room, a separate washroom, and a wood-heated sauna. Additionally, there is a woodshed and a carport near the cabin.
You’ll find a covered cooking area, a dining group, and a pier with swimming steps by the lake. The shoreline has a steeply deepening, hard bottom with a small shallow sandy area as well.

An outboard motor can be requested from the owner free of charge if you know how to use it. The holiday home was built in 2020. The ground floor features a living room/kitchen and two bedrooms, each with 2 beds. The ground floor also has a large utility/dressing room, a bathroom, an electric sauna, and a WC. The upper floor includes two bedrooms, each with 2 beds, a lounge area with a TV, and a WC. The terrace has a gas grill and terrace furniture for 8 people. The holiday home is equipped with mechanical ventilation and the sauna building has an air-source heat pump.
The well-equipped lakeside sauna has a wood-burning sauna stove and a bathroom with a shower and a WC. The sauna's fireplace room has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and wine cabinet.
