Welcome to the newly built Merikataja cabin, located on the shore of the Bothnian Bay on a private lot of approximately one hectare. The building is divided into two separate sections, allowing for both private and common time to be arranged effortlessly. One section contains a living area, a fireplace, a modern kitchen, and a cozy bedroom with a double bed.
In the other section, you can relax in the sauna or by the fireplace, and it can also be used for overnight stays if needed. The cabin features a full-width terrace with stunning westward views of the sea. Large sliding glass doors provide seamless access to the terrace and offer extensive sea views from inside as well. There is a swimming area at the shore, along with a boat and a canoe. During the summer, you can hike, mountain bike, or pick berries in the surrounding forests, while in winter, you can enjoy skiing and snowmobiling directly on the frozen sea. Merikataja

Holiday home in a quiet area in Kemi, own beach Bay of Bothnia approx. 40 m. The property is ideal for families or small groups who value peace and easy access to services. Kemi city center and train station are only a short drive away.
The house was built in 1962 and partially renovated in 2015. The spacious and bright house has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6, a cozy and bright living room with an open fireplace. There is accommodation for a total of six people in three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed (width 180 cm). Bedroom 2: two single beds (width 80 cm). Bedroom 3: bunk bed (width 80 cm). Hallway, 2 x toilet, dressing room, shower and sauna with electric heater.
Behind the house there is a yard with direct access to the beach, distance approx. 40 m. The beach is shallow and is well suited for children to play or for a peaceful evening by the water. The shore of the yard is soft and gently deepens. There is no pier or boat.
