Tervakko ist eine hochwertig ausgestattete und großzügige Villa in den ruhigen Landschaften von Sodankylä in Finnland. Das Ferienhaus ist für größere Gruppen konzipiert und bietet 6 Schlafzimmer, die sich über 2 Etagen verteilen: ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 120 cm breiten Bett sowie fünf Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten. Im Obergeschoss bietet der Lobbybereich zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten mit einem Einzelbett und einem Schlafsofa. Eine Sicherheitstür ist an der Treppe im Obergeschoss installiert.
Die Villa verfügt über eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit 2 großen Kühlschränken, einer Gefriertruhe und Kaffeemaschinen. Ein Waschmaschine, ein Wäschetrockner und 2 Trockenschränke stehen im Hauswirtschaftsraum zur Verfügung. Für berufliche oder private Zwecke sind ein Videoprojektor und eine Leinwand vorhanden.

Von der Terrasse führt ein Weg direkt auf den Naturpfad und in die umgebende Landschaft. Im Winter bietet das Anwesen Zugang zu Schneemobilstrecken und Freeriding-Gebieten. Die große und warme Veranda ist ein einladender Raum mit großzügigen Trocknungsbereichen für verschiedenste Ausrüstungsgegenstände, besonders praktisch für Gäste, die von Winteraktivitäten in der finnischen Wildnis zurückkehren.

This cozy 35 m² log cabin is located just 110 km north of Rovaniemi and 8 km west of Luosto Ski Resort, in the peaceful area of Perhe-Luosto.
The cabin is built in 1995, the sauna was renovated in 2021 and the surface renovation was done in 2025, so the atmosphere is rustic but fresh.
Downstairs (45 m²) there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, where the living room and kitchen-dining room combine into a comfortable living area. There is also a bathroom and a wood-heated sauna - just like a proper cabin should be!
The upper loft (18 m²) has a 160 cm wide double bed in its own privacy and the living room downstairs has a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide when opened, so it can accommodate 2–4 people comfortably.
Those traveling with pets have access to a fenced area in the yard for their pets.
Ski slopes, cross-country ski trails, sledding trails and hiking trails are all nearby – and yet you can enjoy the silence, the starry sky and the peace of Lapland's nature. Riekkola

There is a beautiful view to the Pyhätunturi fell from the cabin's living room, and there is an easy access to hiking trails and snowmobile tracks. Ideal for family vacations and business meetings in every season.

The cabin is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the services of Pyhä Ski Resort.
The 2007 built 102 m² cabin features a living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove, a washroom with a WC, a sauna, utility room, a separate WC, as well as upper and lower terraces. The sauna is equipped with a ready-to-use electric stove. Additionally, there is a woodshed and a carport for two cars, along with an electric car charging point.
Sleeping arrangements on the ground floor: In the windowless bedroom, there are two beds combined (80x200 cm), and adjacent to the bedroom, there is a sliding-door alcove with two separate beds (80x200 cm).
Sleeping arrangements on the upper floor: Both bedrooms have double beds (160x200 cm).
For children, the cabin is equipped with a travel crib, high chair, potty, and a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. The stairs to the upper floor are sturdy but somewhat steep.
During snow-free seasons, guests have access to a lean-to by Lake Pyhäjärvi, located about 200 meters from the cabin. Directions can be found at the cabin.

Cozy cabin both for winter and summer use. On a peaceful spot very near by the lake Pyhäjärvi. All the activities are very near by the cabin. In the summer time you can fish on a near by lake Pyhäjärvi with the cabin's own boat ashore of the lake Pyhäjärvi, distance from cabin to the lake is about 200m. The beach is swimmable but little challenging for small children. The customer has to have own fishing permissions.

On the ground floor of the building, there is the Popolo restaurant. There is also an elevator is available in the building.
The 75 m² apartment features a living room/kitchen, a bathroom/sauna, and a separate WC. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms and an additional WC. Additionally, there's a balcony accessible either from the living room or the bathroom, featuring an additional chargeable outdoor hot tub. The customer must carefully read the instructions for use of the outdoor hot tub and commit to following them when booking the hot tub. It is not recommended to use the outdoor hot tub if the temperature is -20 degrees or colder.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into two extra beds. Child gates are provided at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a skylight that can be blacked out with an electrically operated blackout blind if needed.
