Il Cardinale is a fully renovated country home surrounded with a large Mediterranean garden (10.000 square meter) fenced in by a traditional, dry stone wall. Behind the house in the pine wood you will always find shade in which to rest and laze out.
The shaded terrace features a stunning,far-reaching view on the countryside and a astonishing sunset. Large furnished terrace, barbecue and outdoor hot shower.

Numerous tourist attractions and historical cities are within close range of the house. The area is very comfortable with the possibility of finding a supermarket 3km, a bar 2 kms.
With the car you can visit:
- Campomarino, 7 km from the caribbean fantastic beaches (Ionian Sea)
- Manduria, with megalitic buildings
- Oria, with one of the most beautiful castles of Federico II

Three bedrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility double bed), a double bedroom, a bedroom with a trundle bed, a bathroom with large shower. The villa is air conditioned in the living room and has all modern conveniences, including a washing machine, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and TV.
