This former tower part of a characteristic fort is situated on the top of a Chianti hill with fantastic views of the vineyards. Separate entrance from the private garden with a small cool cypress wood. The communal fort courtyard (lawn) can be accessed from the kitchen and living room.
Indipendent flat located in a Medieval Castle's Tower of 1000.
The unique position overlooking the old Chianti's hills and valleys, just 15km from Siena.
Wonderful 360° view, absolute quiet, discretion.
Distances:
The village of Lecchi in Chianti (500 mt down the castle of Monteluco) has mini market, coffee bar, wine cellar for tasting and buy wine, excellent restaurant.
6 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, 25 km from the centre of Siena.
At guests' disposal:
The private swimming-pool (5mt x 10mt, depth from 1.20 to 2.00 mt) with a shady gazebo just below the castle walls watch the hills of Chianti and Siena from a unique location, exposed the sun throughout the day and is private only for guests. Open from 01 June to 28 September.
The House is surrounded by a cool wood of cypress, a terrace and a little garden with fruit trees only for guests.

GROUND FLOOR
1st entrance living room with stove and entrance to the courtyard inside the Castle. Dinning table, TV, little kitchen.
Service area with bathroom with shower (and tecnica area: boiler room, water box, pump). 2nd entrance to the private terrace with umbrella.

FIRST FLOOR
Open spacious and bright living room. Big central old fireplace. TV/DVD.
Single sofa-bed (on request to pay on the spot euro 150/week).
Dining table for 8 people.

SECON FLOOR With air conditioned
1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds.
Bathroom with tub. Central wardrobe for weekly rooms/bathroom equipment. Air conditioning in every bedroom.
