Downstairs: living room, kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom (no door) 2 beds, hall, WC. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, each with 2 beds, sauna (electric stove), washroom (2 showers), WC. Separate old lakeshore sauna with sauna and room with fireplace. Sauna has electric light, water has to be carried from lake 15 m. Outdoor fireplace on shore in front of sauna. Traditional style old forest ranger’s official home on a promontory with very old pine trees. Several old buildings in yard area. Peaceful location surrounded by State lands. Own shoreline 200 m. Lake well-stocked with fish, famous for e.g. its good zander stocks. Dog fee 56.07 euro, no cats allowed. Boat harbour 2 km, summer kiosk 2 km. Aavasaksa ski resort 40 km, Rovaniemi 84 km. Snowmobile for rent from the owner.
