Middle floor: living room, kitchen, WC, open porch.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 beds (sloping ceiling), bedroom 1 bed (120 cm wide) and convertible sofa/bed, balcony. Lower floor: sauna, washroom (2 showers), sauna lounge 2 beds and a convertible sofa/bed, WC.

Apartment equipment includes 2 TV sets, 2 DVD players, wireless broadband 24M/1M. New holiday home high up on slope of Levitunturi in Utsuvaara area. Splendid views of Levitunturi and surrounding scenery. Nearest slope is Utsuvaara, to which access only by walking 500 m along path, Kaakkoisrinne slope 2.7 km, Koillisrinne slope 4.5 km. Golf course 4.5 km, Levi Centre, with e.g. spa 7.5 km.
