Wunderschöner Besitz welcher aus 6 Apartments besteht in einem antiken Landhauskomplex. Auf den Hügeln des Chiantis verfügt der Besitz über große Außenbereiche und ein Schwimmbad mit Blick auf die Weinberge des Besitzes. Die Lage des Hauses ist strategisch in optimaler Position zwischen Mercatale (mit Geschäften jeder Art) und Florenz 22 km. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und komfortabel im toskanischen Stil. Die Apartments Tenuta 1 und 2 befinden sich ca. 50 m vom Schwimmbad entfernt, die anderen Apartments nur wenige Meter. Eine schöne Panorama-Terrasse mit Sonnenschirmen und Sofas befindet sich neben dem Schwimmbad. In der Nähe des Schwimmbades befindet sich ein Raum indem es möglich ist sich kostenlos an Internet anzuschließen. In der Nähe der Rezeption (Apartments 1, 2) befindet sich ein Pavillon mit Tisch und Stühlen und Sofas (hier ist Internetverbindung kostenlos möglich).
Der Zugang zum Besitz ist über eine nicht geteerte Straße in gutem Zustand und für jedes Fahrzeug geeignet.

We visited villa in the end of May with a group of 32 people and had there a great wedding party. Rooms were nice and clean, with a possibility to cook, make coffee.
Most of the time we spent next to the pool, water temperature was nice refreshing, panorama was excellent.
Villas managers were super friendly and ready to help if we needed some help.
We also booked a wedding dinner that was tasty and again really great service!

We had the most wonderful stay at Tenuta 6- the apartment suites our family of 10 very well. The surroundings are fantastic and there are many small towns to visit in the area. The hosts were kind and helpful. There was no terrace with our apartment, but it was a,l right as we could use the area around the pool. Everything was perfect. We had a really lovely stay.

Geweldige ligging en sfeer die er heerst. Verhuurders zijn super aardig en flexibel. De appartementen zijn schoon en worden goed onderhouden. Overall dus een erg fijne vakantie en zeker niet de laatste keer dat we er zijn geweest.

Our family of seven, three generations were thrilled with our apartment, the scenery and the close proximity to areas of interest. We found the local town of Mercatale had everything that we needed to self-cater in our apartment and we enjoyed our shopping experience. We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Tenuca Branca! The room was nice, clean and confortable. The site is full of history in the middle of the Chianti vineyards, the view fabulous and our hosts were so nice and wonderful with us that we can not refrain to consider going back again one day! When we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the property. It is exactly as you see it on TV, with the stunning views, the cedar tree lanes, the olive tree- and vineyards....it is all there. Anna knocked on our door and warmly welcomed us. Anna and Stefano are very helpful, friendly and make you experience the holidays the Italian way. Like we knew them for a long time. We were asked to join the wine tasting at the big villa. When we arrived there, we were pleasantly surprised by the long layed table and enjoyed a dinner with the other family renting an apartment on the property. In one word: perfect!
We definitely recommend the property to our friends and family!
