This old house located by the lake Kiimanen in Sotkamo. Floor area 160 m². Living room, kitchen, and 4 bedrooms, toilet/shower. Lakeside sauna, (heated with wood and sauna´s water from lake) Boat and dock. Bed places for 9 persons.
Kajaani 62 km, Sotkamo 20 km, Vuokatti ski slope 27 km, cross country track 1 km (lenght: 4 km). Beach / Kiimasjärvi -lake 30 m. No pets allowed.

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.

NOTE: Not possible order the final cleaning service or bed linen!
