Dienstleistungen im Auftrag von Hauseigentümern bzw. -verwaltern Agenturen, Reiseveranstaltern und Hotels; Easy Reserve Limited übernimmt keine Haftung, falls die Mieter oder ihre Mitreisenden während des Ferienaufenthalts direkten oder indirekten Schaden, Unfall, Diebstahl oder Raub erleiden, sowohl im angemieteten Ferienhaus als auch anderswo.
Die Kurtaxe ist nur für die ersten 7 Tage des Aufenthalts (nicht anwendbar bei Kindern unter 14 Jahren) erhoben.

Der Restbetrag ist 60 Tage vor Ankunftsdatum fällig.
Bei Last-Minute Buchungen (innerhalb von 60 Tagen vor Ankunft) ist der komplette Mietpreis bei Abschluss der Buchung zu zahlen.
Im Falle einer Stornierung der Buchung, auch wenn sie durch eine andere Buchung ersetzt wird, fallen die folgenden Gebühren an:
- die erste Anzahlung (25% des Gesamtmietpreises), wenn die Stornierung zwischen dem Buchungstag und bis zu 61 Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum erfolgt;
- 100% des Gesamtmietpreises, wenn die Stornierung innerhalb von 60 Tagen vor Ankunftsdatum erfolgt oder bei Nichtanreise.

A very nice flat in a very nice Place. Very best to Siena and Arezzo. Its only a little loud, if there is a Nugget group of people in the flat above yours, as it was in our case.

A convenient location; a breathtaking view from the garden, the swimming-pool and the terrace; very nice and helpful staff, but disappointing indoor equipment (uncomfortable sofa, lack of kitchen utensils and tiny bathroom)

Me and my girlfriend booked a stay in Orietta 1 for a week. The appartment is actually above Colonna Del Grillo and not exactly in Castelnuovo Berardenga. The host did not speak English but she has some help in a young lad who spoke english really well. The appartment is clean, nicely furnished and overall really really cool. The exterior is beautiful, the view is amazing. The host provided the pool just as agreed on 1st of May and not a day later. All in all, I can say that the booking was extremely good value for money. The only thing that I've seen for the first time anywhere is that you have to pay for gas that you used at the end, which is kind of weird.

Location fantastica immersa nel verde, vista mozzafiato e ospitalità cortese.
Immersi nel silenzio più assoluto, il massimo del rumore sono i galoppi dei cavalli o i grugniti dei cinghiali che ogni tanto si avvicinano alla proprietà.
Per raggiungere il podere ci sono circa 2,5 km di strada sterrata ben tenuta. Gli appartamenti sono ben curati e in tipico stile campagnolo.

Immersed in absolute silence, the only noises are the gallop of the horses or the grunts of wild boars that occasionally come close to the property.

Great pick, quiet surrounding of olive plantations with the occasional visit of rabbits and deer. 2.5 km unpaved private road leads to house, so be ready for a bumpy ride to the house and back. Owners are very kind. Highly recommendable.

We had an excellent stay at Podere Orietta 1 & 2. The accommodation was basic yet clean and comfortable and the views and the pool were outstanding. Highly recommended.
