Masseria Borgo Pietra is an elegant masseria for rent with a private swimming pool for guests' use immersed in the heart of the Itria Valley, with 4 hectares of centuries-old olive trees that are the protagonists of the evocative and ethereal scenery of the Apulian countryside.
The interiors, designed with extreme care and elegance, are divided between the basement, ground floor and first floor and can accommodate up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; the villa has 7 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
Each guest can be independent. Access to the common areas, including the opening of the gate and the activation of the alarm, takes place via a numerical combination on the keypad near the main doors.
After accessing the electric gate, the entrance to the rented farm is surrounded by the boundary wall to create a wonderful intimate and private courtyard, with a covered patio and various fruit trees.
The entrance opens onto the living room consisting of cornerstone sofas, which leads to the dining room complete with a large dining table that can accommodate up to 14 diners with large round French windows overlooking the countryside , even from the inside, the breathtaking landscape is not to be missed. The fully fitted kitchen with a hob and gas stove, sink with countertop, a dining table with chairs, an electric kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
