Dimora Pupa is a prestigious Villa and Trullo with a swimming pool for rent in Ostuni (7 km), in Puglia. Its refined and unique design enhances the colors and scents of the Mediterranean. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, an internal kitchen with living room and an external one with a covered patio.

Less than 800 m away it is also possible to rent Dimora del Grillo, a villa with swimming pool with an additional 6 beds.

Schwimmbad

Swimming pool for the private and exclusive use of guests, with skimmer filtering, 11x3x1.5 m in size, access stairs and a small beach for children. The swimming pool is surrounded by fragrant plants, the vineyard and the organic vegetable garden.

Innenbeschreibung

Dimora Pupa is located in the countryside of Ostuni, just 15 minutes from the town. The ideal location to spend unforgettable tourist stays in a villa with swimming pool in continuity with nature and the landscape. At guests' disposal there are 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a bedroom with bathroom in the external annex of the Trullo.

The villa for rent consists of the central body with living room / open kitchen with the two double bedrooms on the sides with the two private bathrooms connected and the Trullo suite with the double bed and the connected bathroom. As a whole it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The entrance opens into the living room with induction kitchenette, dining table for 6, corner sofa with a wonderful open fireplace and access to the outdoor kitchen on the covered veranda at the back. The outdoor kitchen is complete with dishwasher, washing machine, sink, gas hob with five burners as well as a dining table for ten guests.

By accessing the sleeping area, the first bedroom, which can also be accessed from the outside, consists of a double bed with a comfortable headboard (160x190cm). On the sides are the two bedside tables with light points and on the side the door that hides the built-in wardrobe. The white lime paint gives light to the environment. The bathroom associated with this room has a toilet, bidet, a particular sink that recalls the typical basin, decorated with care, and to complete the bathroom there is a shower with decorative brown rhombus tiles. The room overlooks a small, cool courtyard with comfortable seating and an outdoor bathtub. There is air conditioning in the bedroom.

The second bedroom, which can also be accessed from the outside, consists of two single beds that can be joined together (90x190cm) with a comfortable headboard. On the side there is the built-in wardrobe hidden by the door. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom which is complete with toilet, bidet, sink, also in the shape of a basin with Mediterranean decorations, with mirror and double shower. The latter decorated on the inside with green rhombus tiles. The room overlooks a small courtyard with comfortable seating. There is air conditioning in the bedroom.

The last bedroom is present in the external Trullo. Inside you will find the double bed and the sofa. The bedroom in the trullo also has a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower. The room is air-conditioned, so a cool environment is ensured even during hot summer days.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXTERIORS

The garden and in general the exterior of Dimora Pupa are, without a doubt, the environments that most characterize the villa for rent.

The Mediterranean garden, not fenced, that surrounds the swimming pool, has different varieties of plants and in front of it there is a small organic vegetable garden. A small relaxation area for yoga and outdoor sports is also available to guests.

On the sides of the 2 double bedrooms, therefore symmetrically on the sides of the structure, there are two courtyards, for the private use of the guests who respectively stay there.

Thanks to the outdoor spaces that this villa for rent offers guests a holiday in full contact with the countryside of the Itria Valley.

Outside Dimora Pupa, there is the swimming pool (11x3x1.5 m), for the private use of guests, with Roman stairs and a small beach for children. The swimming pool has a solarium with 4 comfortable sundecks near the outdoor shower.
Around the pool, there is a beautiful garden with various fragrant plants.

Also outside, but in total privacy, is the outdoor kitchen with patio equipped with all comforts, ideal for organizing dinners in the open air. This area is also furnished with comfortable relaxing chairs, perfect for chatting caressed by the cool country breeze.

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.

- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients

In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.

Die erste Anzahlung, die gezahlt werden muss um eine Reservierung zu bestätigen, ist bei Abschluss der Buchung fällig (sofern keine Sonderbedingungen gelten) und beträgt 30% des Gesamtmietpreises.

Der Restbetrag ist 45 Tage vor Ankunftsdatum fällig.

Bei Last-Minute Buchungen (innerhalb von 45 Tagen vor Anreisetag) ist der Gesamtbetrag direkt bei der Buchung fällig, falls es in den Buchungsbedingungen der Unterkunft nicht anders erwähnt ist.

Bei der Stornierung einer Buchung (sofern in den Buchungsbedingungen nicht anders angegeben), auch wenn sie durch eine andere ersetzt wird, fallen die folgenden Stornogebühren an:
- der prozentuale Anteil des Gesamtmietpreises, der bei Buchungsabschluss als Anzahlung gezahlt wurde, bei Stornierung ab Buchungsdatum bis 46 Tage vor Mietbeginn;
- 100% des Gesamtmietpreises bei Stornierungen ab 45 Tagen vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nicht-Anreise.
