If you book the single unit "La Torretta - Il Casalino" you are not entitled to use the swimming pool adjacent to the Il Casalino unit. Therefore the premises will not be accessible to guests.

Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely

- All travellers benefit with 6% Agency Fees payment the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidents to the property.
With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00

- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- Preparation of the villa for the arrival of customers and daily tidying up of bedrooms and bathrooms
- For stays of at least 7 nights, in addition to the daily tidying up mid-stay, the change of towels is also included (with the exception of pool towels, bathrobe and slippers, where provided);
- For multiple stays of 7 nights the bed linen will be changed at no additional cost at the end of the week;
- Pool cleaning upon arrival and mid-stay for bookings of at least 7 nights (additional cleaning steps upon request and at extra cost)

NB. The daily presence of the housekeeper includes only the tidying of the beds and the cleaning of the bathrooms (no change of towels or sheets). Tidying up will take place between 9:00 and 13:00. Any other requests will have an extra cost.

- extra cleaning: €20 per hour and per cleaner
- extra bed linen: €10 per room (sheets + pillowcases)
- extra bathroom linen: €7 per room (2 face towels, 2 bidet towels and 2 bath towels)
- bathrobe: €10 per room (2 bathrobes)
- swimming pool towels: €3.50 per piece
- Complete kit of bedroom and bathroom linen: €33

Die erste Anzahlung, die gezahlt werden muss um eine Reservierung zu bestätigen, ist bei Abschluss der Buchung fällig (sofern keine Sonderbedingungen gelten) und beträgt 30% des Gesamtmietpreises.

Der Restbetrag ist 45 Tage vor Ankunftsdatum fällig.

Bei Last-Minute Buchungen (innerhalb von 45 Tagen vor Anreisetag) ist der Gesamtbetrag direkt bei der Buchung fällig, falls es in den Buchungsbedingungen der Unterkunft nicht anders erwähnt ist.

Bei der Stornierung einer Buchung (sofern in den Buchungsbedingungen nicht anders angegeben), auch wenn sie durch eine andere ersetzt wird, fallen die folgenden Stornogebühren an:
- der prozentuale Anteil des Gesamtmietpreises, der bei Buchungsabschluss als Anzahlung gezahlt wurde, bei Stornierung ab Buchungsdatum bis 46 Tage vor Mietbeginn;
- 100% des Gesamtmietpreises bei Stornierungen ab 45 Tagen vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nicht-Anreise.
