The exclusive Masseria "Il Frantoio" is located in centuries-old olive groves set within gardens and only a short drive to the enchanting White City of Ostuni. Masseria il Frantoio combines traditional Apulian architecture with modern and refined interiors.

The main house, which has been completely restored, having 3 spacious bedrooms, with a suite on the 2nd floor with access to the roof terrace.

Schwimmbad

The private salt pool, 15 x 5 meters, deep 2,10 meters, has an automatic cover to prevent it from being cleaned during bad weather.
On request It can be heated with extra cost.

Innenbeschreibung

Ground floor: the villa welcomes its guests through a large entrance hall featuring a fireplace and a guest w/c. A large living room with fireplace and the charming dining area are perfect to enjoy evenings together in total relaxation. Next to the entrance, there is to the right the lounge, and open plan kitchen, completely furnished with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

The three main bedrooms (on this floor) have all a private bathroom, and a guest bathroom complete this floor.

First floor: the charming external stairs is where you will find the 4th bedroom. Ideal for guests who want more privacy. The bedroom is very romantic, and has its own bathroom. From this bedroom, there is a door which leads to your very own terrace which also offers a breathtaking view of the sea and of the city of Ostuni.

Basement: The real gem of this property is the old mill in the undeground cave, preserved in its original charm. The guests could organize, dinners, wine and oil tastings in this fantastic part of the Masseria.
