Innenbeschreibung

The farmhouse, is rented as a whole, is distributed on two levels, a ground floor with five double bedrooms, first floor with two master suites and a complete external dependance, in total accommodating a total of 16 up to 20 guests.

The large garden and the private swimming pool make the stay in the residence very special.

Internally

The ground floor is divided into five apartments with 5 beds with access outside from both sides.
On the first floor, there are two suites with 2 beds that overlook the panoramic terrace.
Outside there is a small annex with 1 bed. The structure is covered by the Wifi signal for internet browsing and all rooms are equipped with air conditioners for summer cooling.

Apartment A
(Places 2) a double bedroom, a living/dining room with hob, fridge and a sofa. It has a hallway between the two rooms that gives access to the bathroom/shower.

Apartment B
(Places 2) a double bedroom with bathroom, a living/dining room with hob, fridge and a sofa.

Apartment C
(Places 2) a double bedroom with bathroom, a large living/dining room with stove, fridge and a sofa, with 2 independent access points from the garden.

Apartment D
(Places 2) premises consisting of a double bedroom and a bathroom/shower. Electric cooker for breakfast.

Apartment E
(Places 2) rooms consisting of a double bedroom, fridge, bathroom/shower and outdoor kitchen.

Suite "1"
(Places 4) a panoramic suite consisting of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a bright living room with a sofa that gives access to a terrace overlooking the Salentine countryside. Breakfast corner with electric stove.

Suite "2"
(Places 2) a panoramic suite consisting of a double bedroom, a kitchen with an equipped stove, a bright living room with a sofa that gives access to a terrace overlooking the Salentina countryside, a bathroom with bathtub.

Annexe (on special request)

Please note the following information: All travellers are subject to a 6% agency fee, which includes the Allianz Travel Easy policy. This policy covers cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance, and lost or damaged baggage.

Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.

- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, halfway through the stay partial cleaning with rearrangement of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with ONLY change of towels (except for pool towels , bathrobe and slippers, where provided);

** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is foreseen as reported above.
- if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (eg 12 nights), the intermediate passage is foreseen in the middle of the stay.
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above.

In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.

Arrival between 17:00 and 20:00
Departure between 08:00 and 10:00

Zahlungen und Stornogebühren

Die erste Anzahlung, die gezahlt werden muss um eine Reservierung zu bestätigen, ist bei Abschluss der Buchung fällig (sofern keine Sonderbedingungen gelten) und beträgt 30% des Gesamtmietpreises.

Der Restbetrag ist 45 Tage vor Ankunftsdatum fällig.

Bei Last-Minute Buchungen (innerhalb von 45 Tagen vor Anreisetag) ist der Gesamtbetrag direkt bei der Buchung fällig, falls es in den Buchungsbedingungen der Unterkunft nicht anders erwähnt ist.

Bei der Stornierung einer Buchung (sofern in den Buchungsbedingungen nicht anders angegeben), auch wenn sie durch eine andere ersetzt wird, fallen die folgenden Stornogebühren an:
- der prozentuale Anteil des Gesamtmietpreises, der bei Buchungsabschluss als Anzahlung gezahlt wurde, bei Stornierung ab Buchungsdatum bis 46 Tage vor Mietbeginn;
- 100% des Gesamtmietpreises bei Stornierungen ab 45 Tagen vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nicht-Anreise.

Superbe grande maison, beaucoup de caractère. Grand jardin et grande piscine. Avec une si belle maison, il est dommage que la cuisine ne soit pas superbement équipée. Pour une grande famille comme la notre (nous étions 13). L'espace de préparation des repas est petit, l'évier est minuscule et le frigidaire est plein avec rien.
La maison est également située assez loin des commerces les plus proches.
Malgré ces détails, nous y avons passé de bon moments.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Superb, large house with lots of character. Large garden and large swimming pool. With such a beautiful house, it's a shame the kitchen isn't well-equipped. For a large family like ours (there were 13 of us), the food preparation area is small, the sink is tiny, and the fridge is small.
The house is also quite far from the nearest shops.
Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful time there.

The estate is such a dreamy place! We had a company workation there for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment there. The host was there to check on us every couple of days and was always available for questions. The house is newly renovated and the pool is big enough to actually swim lanes. Also, you can reach beaches in all directions (sandy & stone) within 15 minutes. We had an amazing time and I would love to come back! All the best and thank you for having us! Nicole
