36 km north from Oulu, Praavanlahti-bay in Bothnian Bay 220 m, shallow sandy bottom beach (in shared use with the neighbor cottage 13786), own rowing boat. Yard area also partly in shared use.

Log cottage, built in 2008. Living room-kitchen with 2 sofa beds, loft/tower room with 1 mattress, steep stairs to the loft, electric sauna, washroom/toilet, open terrace on two sides of the building. There is a mini kitchen with 2 hotplates (no oven), sink and fridge. Electric soapstone heater in the sauna. Optical fiber internet connection (100 Mb).

Rantapääskylä 2 is a personal little villa near the sea, there is no direct line of sight to the sea. Yard and beach areas are flat and children friendly.

Rantapääskylä 1 (13786) is the nearest neighbour and it is situated between this cottage and the sea. Beach is in shared use with these 2 cottages. Beach is sandy and it is low for long way.

Rantapääskylä is also nice place to spend skiing- or winter holiday. When the sea is frozen it is possible to do cross-country skiing or snowmobiling (there are normally plenty of skiing tracks and snowmobile track on the ice). During the cloudless winter evenings, you can admire breathtaking northern lights and constellations over the sea.

A marina harbor, boat ramp and swimming beach maintained by the municipality in 2 km distance. Röyttä island 4 km (marina of sailing clubs). In winter time Röyttä island is nice turnaround place of cross-coutry skiing trip.
Sea line is about 20 km from the shore.
