36 km north from Oulu, Praavanlahti-bay in Bothnian Bay 170 m, shallow sandy bottom beach (in shared use with the neighbor cottage 13787), own rowing boat. Yard area also partly in shared use.
Log cottage, built in 2008. Living room with 2 sofa beds, bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds. Loft with double bed, single bed and 2 mattresses, steep stairs to the loft, kitchen, wood-heated sauna, washroom/toilet, utility room.
Large glazed terrace facing to the sea. Carport and spacious barbecue shelter.
Villa is equipped also with a air source heat pump with cooling function. Washing machine with drying function.

Rantapääskylä 1 is a charming villa by the sea, unobstructed view of the sea. Yard and beach areas are flat and children friendly. Clients of 13787 Rantapääskylä 2 use the same beach. Beach is sandy and it is low for long way.

Rantapääskylä is also nice place to spend Christmas, New Year, skiing- or winter holiday with Your family or friends. When the sea is frozen it is possible to do cross-country skiing or snowmobiling (there are normally plenty of skiing tracks and snowmobile track on the ice). During the cloudless winter evenings, you can admire breathtaking northern lights and constellations over the sea.

Villa is suitable for holidays and also for a small events. Living room table is suitable for 12 persons.
Barbique shelter is spacious and glazed, there are seats for 22 persons and gas grill. Badminton court and other yard games. Buckthorn bushes in the yard, clients can pick and use berries. Optical fiber internet connection (100 Mb).

A marina harbor, boat ramp and swimming beach maintained by the municipality in 2 km distance. Röyttä island 4 km (marina of sailing clubs). In winter time Röyttä island is nice turnaround place of cross-coutry skiing trip.
Sea line is about 20 km from the shore.
