La Tiera 2 Personen, (ca. 40qm, ca. 400gm Garten) – überdachte Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen, gepflasterter Vorplatz mit Barbecue, daneben Gemüsegarten und Pool 13 x 2.5m ( 1.20 bis 1.80m tief) , Kochnische mit 2 Flammen-Kochstelle, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster, Sitzplatz mit 2 Sesseln und Tisch, Duschbad und Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett und Kamin. La Tiera hat keine Heizung. ( Elektroöfchen können auf Anfrage gestellt werden – Kosten nach Verbrauch).
Pool: geöffnet 1. Juni – 15.9. ( oder nach Absprache etwas früher)

Fabulous location. Many of Tuscany’s main tourist attractions were within easy reach of the property. The pool was fabulous and we had it all to ourselves, the property was basic but fulfilled our needs. Mrs Barontini was helpful, kind and on hand to offer help but she wasn’t overbearing. I would highly recommend - we had a wonderful holiday.
