A small villa with a good sized garden, beautiful views to the sea in 1 direction and the mountains in another. Also comes with 2 verandas and a Jacuzzi. Inside, the villa is split into 2 levels, on the ground floor, a well- furnished living room with kitchenette & pellet fire, bathroom and bedroom. A granite helical staircase down leads to another living area with kitchenette and bathroom and another bedroom created by a large arrangement of cupboards. There is a possibility to create a third bedroom. The villa has 2 car park spaces and a solar panel for hot water.
