The villa’s main floor features a bright living room and a spacious kitchen with ample dining space for the whole group. On the same floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed and its own separate WC.
The sauna section includes two showers and an electric sauna with magnificent sea views. There is also an additional WC and a hall area on this level, with stairs leading to the upper floor. From the hall, double doors open to the backyard, where a high-quality outdoor lounge set invites you to relax in the open air.
On the upper floor is an open space with a double bed at one end and three single beds at the other.
On the lower floor, accessible via a separate outdoor entrance, you'll find impressive entertainment facilities: a billiards table, a movie room (65' smart TV and a BOSE surround sound system), a bar counter, and a separate WC.
In addition to the main building, guests have access to a separate, winter-insulated guest cabin. The loft has two single beds, and downstairs there is a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. The guest cabin also features a separate WC with a shower.
Down by the shore is a charming rustic log sauna with a wood-burning stove, a dressing room with underfloor heating, and a cozy living area with a fireplace and a cooler for keeping your drinks chilled. Swimming is only possible from the dock’s swim ladder, but a public sandy beach is just 500 m away. The dock can also accommodate your own boat; the water depth at the end of the dock is about 1.2 meters.

Sound system for listening to music in the sauna room and outside the sauna building. In front of the saun is a terrace. In connection with the beach sauna, there is a separate dressing room/bedroom. Die Seeterrasse des Haupthauses bietet einen idealen Ort für Entspannung und Mahlzeiten im Freien. Der Seeufer selbst zeichnet sich durch einen flachen, sanft abfallenden Einstieg mit festem Untergrund aus, der weiter draußen in tieferen Ton übergeht und sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern eignet. Ein privater Steg erstreckt sich über den See, und den Gästen steht ein Ruderboot zur ausschließlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das separate Seehaus, 2025 renoviert und 20 m² groß, liegt direkt am Wasser und verfügt über einen eigenen Terrassenzugang. Das Schlafhaus befindet sich etwa 50 Meter vom Haupthaus entfernt, ist von der ruhigen natürlichen Landschaft des Anwesens umgeben und wird über eine überdachte Außentreppe erreicht.

Das Schlafhaus misst 35 m² und ist ganzjährig nutzbar; es enthält 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, eines im Erdgeschoss und eines im Obergeschoss, das über eine steile überdachte Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Das Schlafhaus ist mit elektrischer Heizung und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet; ein Außentrockentoilette dient diesem Gebäude, da es keine Innentoilette hat. Das separate Seehaus ist ebenfalls ganzjährig verfügbar und wurde 2025 renoviert; es ist mit einem Holzofen ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Umkleideraum. Da es im Seehaus kein fließendes Wasser gibt, muss Wasser vom See im Sommer oder vom Haupthaus im Winter herangetragen und mit dem integrierten Heiztank des Ofens erwärmt werden. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms (without doors in between), one with two double beds and the other with two single beds, as well as a balcony. Please note that all sleeping arrangements are located upstairs.
The water comes from the well all the way inside, but since the well water is not tested every year, it is not recommended for drinking water. The owner supplies customers with drinking water separately before each reservation.
