Villa Roger is located in the North of Ibiza, surrounded by the typical Mediterranean plants and nature with an independent guesthouse in the garden, the property includes a private swimming pool too and deckchairs.
This is the ideal place to share a friendly and familiar holiday in the countryside.
The Villa has 6 rooms, all the beds are 160x200 cm.
The main house is spread over two levels: on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each one with bathroom en-suite, one with the shower and wc, the other one with bathtub and wc. Air conditioning is available for both rooms.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning , bathroom outside, shared, with shower, wc. One room has a private balcony .
The guesthouse, on garden level we find 2 bedroooms with a direct access to the terrace and the pool, they both have air conditioning. The bedrooms share the bathroom with shower and wc.
The interior is really elegant with white colours, and a lot of natural light.
There is a big open space for the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
Just outside a covered terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the summer days; in a few steps the pool and the garden where is available a second outdoor dining table, ideal to have a rest in the quiet of the nature and enjoy the barbecue with the family and friends .

Overlooked the bay and beach of Sa Riera in Bergur, Villa Bellalta is a wonderful property with a direct access to the sea and a stunning sea view.
The spaces outside are really well organized with a partial covered terrace a grass garden a loung area with table and chairs for the dinners outside, relax areas, the BBQ and of course the infinity pool with deckchairs and a fantastic landascape on the Mediterranean sea, this is the perfect place for a refreshing bath after a sunny day.
Available for all the guests the paddle boards the stairs to go down at the beach, a paddle tennis course (paddle boards are available) light als in the night. The staff will be available (with an extra costa) to show you the Sa Riera beach by boat.
Moving inside directly from the large external terrace, there is the living room, with large glass windows from where to admire the outside, sofas , TV, the fireplace, a small indorr dining room and the open equipped, guest kitchen.
Villa Bellalta offers two kitchens including a saperated one reserved to cook and the other for the guests.

With a terrace of 200m2 the infinity pool 9x4mt where to enjoy the spectacular sea view of Formentera, Salines and Cala Jondal. It’s the ideal place for a relaxing holiday to spend with the family thanks too the outdoor lounge and dining room with table and chairs and the barbecue.
One the ground floor the large living room with TV, sofas, and the modern fully equipped kitchen. Das Anwesen zeichnet sich durch seine sonnige und ruhige Lage aus und bietet einen idealen Rückzugsort im Herzen Mallorcas.

Der private Garten der Villa ist großzügig angelegt und umfasst sowohl eine Rasenfläche als auch einen Naturgarten. Das eckige Schwimmbecken misst 8 x 4 Meter und ist das ganze Jahr über vom 1.
