Modern villa with large landscape windows in sauna and living room, unobstructed view of lake Saimaa opens from the windows. There is a space for a larger group to stay and take a sauna. In addition to normal continously heated wood-burning sauna stove, an exceptionally large heat storing sauna stove (one time heated) in large, more than 15-square-meter saun. Due to 2000 kg total weight, this sauna stove offers almost endless steam to the sauna.
58 km to the north from Savonlinna, lake Ruunavesi 15 m (length 10 km, width 800 m), part of the lake Saimaa, hard, gently deepening gravel bottom, pier and rowing boat. Water depth at the end of the pier is about 2 meters.
Wooden villa 2022 (89 m²), large living room/kitchen, bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: 2 beds. Utility room/dressing room, WC, shower and sauna. Access via covered terrace.
In a separate outbuilding (40 m²) used all year round: bedroom 3: double bed, bedroom 4: double bed, bedroom 5: 2 beds. In winter, for reservations containing 2-8 people, the owner asks you to inform in advance how many of the three bedrooms of the outbuilding you want to use in addition to the two bedrooms of the main villa, thank you.
The destination also has own hot tub and large covered terrace. There are stairs leading from the terrace to the pier; easy access for sunbathing. You can heat the hot tub yourself. If agreed separately, the owner can carry out the heating. The hot tub is available all year round, weather permitting.

Es ist seit 1978 ein Naturschutzgebiet. In Vilkaharju ist es leicht zu wandern und Ski zu fahren (wenn im Winter Schnee liegt). The manor villa is located in Oravi, on the shore of Lake Haukivesi. It offers a peaceful location with a private beach, a pier, a small sand beach, and a lakeside sauna. There is a shared activity area with the neighboring villa, where you can play games like badminton. The lakeside sauna is available for use between May 1st and October 15th. At the beach, there is a hot tub that guests can use throughout the year. Next to the hot tub, there is also a campfire site and a fish-cleaning table.
