Blockhaus. Im Erdgeschoss geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer (mit je 2 Betten), WC mit Dusche. Im Obergeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer - eines mit 2 Betten und anderes mit 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten, Sauna (elektrischer Ofen), WC/Waschraum %26 Ankleideraum. Im Hinterhof überdachte Kochstelle mit gemauertem Grill. Neben der eigenen Sauna gibt es Sauna am Strand (Entfernung 190 m) mit täglicher Saunaschicht pro Haus. Die Sauna muss selbst beheizt werden, wenn sie noch nicht beheizt wurde. Die Dauer der Saunaschicht beträgt 1 Std./Tag. Die Seesauna kann separat für längeren Zeitraum gemietet werden. Es gibt auch Sprudelbad in der Sauna. Separate Rauchsauna (im selben Saunagebäude) kann auch gemietet werden, dies muss im Voraus mit dem Vermieter vereinbart werden. Rauchsauna 260 €/3h, Sprudelbad (vorgeheizt) 150 €/3h. Im Winter bohrt der Vermieter auf Wunsch (je nach Eissituation) ein Loch ins Eis. A large former logging camp located on the banks of the Liesijoki River, next to Seitseminen National Park, 56 km north of Tampere. The original cabin was built by Kalle Päätalo, but the main building burned down and was later replaced with a new one. The stable building constructed by Kalle Päätalo still remains. The house was fully renovated in 2021, and the riverside sauna was renovated in the spring of 2022.
This spacious rental cabin has four bedrooms. The first bedroom includes two beds and a bunk bed for two, the second has five bunk beds accommodating 11 people, the third has two bunk beds for five people, and the fourth has two beds. The fireplace/TV room features one bunk bed for two and a corner sofa. The updated kitchen and large dining/living area can accommodate the entire group to eat together. There are 2 indoor WCs and 2 showers.
By the river, there is an atmospheric wood-heated sauna with a washing area with two showers, a fireplace room, and a large terrace extending over the river.
There is a dock for swimming, but no boat is provided. The rocky, flowing riverbank is unsuitable for small children. Approx. 1.5 km away, there is a swimming area with a beautiful sandy beach and a lean-to shelter, shared with three cabins at Alainen-Särkilampi pond.
The property also includes the old stable building, Kallen Talli 17367. By renting this additional cabin, the two properties can accommodate up to 34 people.
The landlord reserves the right to charge a 300 EUR security deposit, which will be refunded to the tenant's bank account after the rental period, provided the property is in good condition and all items are intact. Jauli

An elegant villa on the shores of Lake Kulovesi. The spaces are also suitable for hosting small family celebrations and meetings. The distance to Tampere is only 40 km. The beautiful lake scenery features a separate lakeside sauna with a fireplace room, a washroom with a shower, and a large terrace with a rentable hydro massage bath outdoors.
The main building was built in 1938 and has been renovated several times over the years. The most recent renovations include an interior remodel in 2012, window replacements, a sauna terrace and hydro massage bath in 2023, and a complete sauna renovation in 2024.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a separate kitchen, a WC, and a living room with access to a spacious dining area for 10 people, offering direct views of the lake. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds. The living room has two sofa beds, accommodating a total of four people. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, one with a 120 cm bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed. There is also a separate WC with a shower and a washing machine.

Vilppulan Huvila is a magnificent log-framed villa built in 1918 that has been extensively renovated. The high ceilings, spacious doorways and beautiful interior materials make the villa a cozy mansion. There are sleeping places for up to 19 people, but bookings for more than 12 persons must be agreed in advance. The villa has a separate indoor sauna and a courtyard sauna. In front of the courtyard sauna there is a wood-heated hot tub that can be rented for an additional fee (during 1.4. - 31.10.)
84 km northeast of Tampere, Salojärvi 70 m, shallow partly sandy / clay-bottomed beach, private pier and rowing boat. The downstairs of the villa has a hallway, toilet, kitchen, two dining rooms, two spacious living rooms, a washroom and a sauna (electrically heated stove). Upstairs there are accommodation facilities with a total of 5 bedrooms and two sleeping lofts. All bedrooms have a 140x200 cm bed and one 80 x 200 cm bed. The sleeping lofts each have two 80 x 200 cm mattresses on the floor. Upstairs there is a separate living room, toilet and kitchenette. The villa has wifi connection, but no TV.
There is a separate outdoor sauna in the yard with a wood-fired heater. There is no water for the sauna, but water is carried from the villa. In front of the sauna there is a wood-fired hot tub that can be rented for an additional fee. The hot tub rental includes preheating the water on the day of arrival and cleaning the hot tub by chlorination at the end of the rental. The hot tub is available for rent between 1.4. - 31.10.
