65 km östlich von Pori, See Miekkajärvi 30 m (Länge 600 m, Breite 200 m), Lehmboden – schnell vertiefend. Steg und eigenes Ruderboot. Romantisches Ferienhaus am See Miekkajärvi, Baujahr 2006. Erdgeschoss: Wohnzimmer (Schlafcouch für 1 Person), Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett, Luftwärmepumpe, separate Toilette, Waschraum und elektrische Sauna. Obergeschoss: 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, Toilette. Eine breite, gute Treppe führt nach oben. Lagerfeuerplatz im Hof. Bademöglichkeit vom Steg (Stegleiter). Die Wassertiefe am Steg beträgt ca. 1.5 km. Der Besitzer vermietet einen Whirlpool, der sich vor dem Steg befindet. Die Whirlpool-Buchung muss im Voraus beim Besitzer gemacht werden und auch die Zahlung erfolgt direkt an den Eigentümer (€ 90-120/Hausbuchung). Der Whirlpool kann einfach mit einer Wasserpumpe aus dem See gefüllt werden. Bitte beachten! Der Whirlpool muss zuerst gefüllt werden und erst danach erhitzt. Wunderschön gelegenes, stimmungsvolles Ferienhaus am schroffen See Miekkajärvi. Es gibt eine Hausstrasse, die zu den zwei anderen Ferienhäusern, zwischen dem Ferienhaus und dem Strand, führt. Bitte beachten! Nur 1-2 kleine Haustiere sind erlaubt (zum Beispiel eine Katze oder ein kleiner stubenreiner Hund). Danach ist es schön, am Lagerfeuer zu sitzen, den See zu beobachten und dem Flüstern der Natur zu lauschen. Ruderboot kostenlos zur Verfügung und auch Schwimmwesten sind vorhanden (im Lagergebäude). An elegant villa on the shores of Lake Kulovesi. The spaces are also suitable for hosting small family celebrations and meetings. The distance to Tampere is only 40 km. The beautiful lake scenery features a separate lakeside sauna with a fireplace room, a washroom with a shower, and a large terrace with a rentable hydro massage bath outdoors.
The main building was built in 1938 and has been renovated several times over the years. The most recent renovations include an interior remodel in 2012, window replacements, a sauna terrace and hydro massage bath in 2023, and a complete sauna renovation in 2024.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a separate kitchen, a WC, and a living room with access to a spacious dining area for 10 people, offering direct views of the lake. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with two single beds. The living room has two sofa beds, accommodating a total of four people. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, one with a 120 cm bed, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed. There is also a separate WC with a shower and a washing machine.

This villa accommodates groups of up to 22 people. The ground floor includes a spacious open-plan kitchen with 2 tall refrigerators, a freezer, two separate WCs, and 5 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, and the other two each have two single beds. The loft, which spans the entire width of the villa, features six double beds, a living area, and access to a large terrace. The open kitchen-living room area is ideal for group gatherings and shared activities.
The villa is well-equipped, featuring 75″ and 55″ Samsung SMART TVs, 100 Mbps wireless internet, and a projector. The total terrace area is 300 m² and includes a large Limelight hydro massage bath outdoors, available for use at an additional charge. The spacious sauna facilities include an indoor hydro massage bath, which is included in the rental price. Additionally, a "Drop-in" cold plunge pool can be reserved directly from the owner for an additional fee of 200 EUR per booking period.
The villa offers stunning views of Lake Rautavesi, with a sandy public beach just 100 meters away. Nearby, a hotel/restaurant provides year-round dining services and catering that can be ordered directly to the villa.
