90 km westlich von Helsinki, See Lohjanjärvi 60 m (grösster See im Bezirk Uusimaa, 10 x 10 km), flach geschliffener Kiesboden, tiefer Lehm, feste Anlegestelle und Ruderboot. Blockferienhaus, Baujahr 2002, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, kleines Schlafzimmer mit 1 Bett, Sauna (Holzofen), Waschraum (Dusche), Ankleideraum, Toilette, Diele und grosse teilweise überdachte Terrassenflächen. 2 Personen können im separaten Nebengebäude übernachten (Elektroheizung, Holzofen, Kochplatte und Kühlschrank). Das Nebengebäude befindet sich direkt neben dem Haupthaus. Im Holzschupppen gibt es tragbares Zustellbett und Jugendbett (für ein Kind von ca. 3-10 Jahren), die bei Bedarf benutzt werden können. Neben dem Nebengebäude befindet sich Garage, die vom Eigentümer selbst genutzt wird (der Eigentümer wird sie nicht nutzen, wenn das Ferienhaus für Kunden gebucht ist). Kinderbett %3D Babyreisebett. In der Waschmaschine ist Wäschetrockner intergriert. Neuer Küchenherd wurde 09/2017 gekauft (Keramikherd mit Heissluftofen). Beachten Sie bitte, dass in diesem Haus kein Fernseher vorhanden ist. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf der Insel Jalassaari. Es besteht eine Strassenverbindung zur Insel. Es gibt zwei Unterkunftsgebäude, so dass der Ort für Kunden geeignet ist, welche die Möglichkeit schätzen, in zwei separaten Gebäuden unterzukommen. Hofbereich ist geräumig und hell, oberer Teil flach. Es gibt einen Hang zum Strand, auf dem Weg sind aber gute Treppen bis zum Strand vorhanden. Lohjanjärvi ist ein klarer, fischreicher See. Der nächste Nachbar (Entfernung 130 m, im Sommer nicht in Sichtweite) gehört derselben Familie. In 200 m Entfernung befindet sich das zweite Ferienhaus des Besitzers, 13795 Ranta-livari. The ground floor of the cabin features a spacious living room/kitchen with a large dining table, as well as two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a sofa bed, and the other with a single bed. The ground floor also includes a dressing room with direct access to the large terrace — the hot tub is located right next to it and can be rented separately. In addition, the ground floor has a washroom with a hydro massage bath and an electric sauna, providing the ideal setting for relaxation.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two more bedrooms: one with two separate beds and the other with three beds. The hall area also includes two additional beds, offering ample accommodation for even larger groups.
A charcoal grill is available for outdoor cooking — please remember to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.
