Located 62 km north of Tampere, 30 m from Lake Näsijärvi, rapidly deepening sandy beach, own rowing boat (rent includes a 2.5 hp outboard motor), a pier, and a spacious terrace by the lake.
The log villa, built in 2006, features a spacious living room, dining area, and combined living room/kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with three beds. Additionally, the living room includes a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two more guests.
The villa also includes a separate WC, sauna (electric sauna stove), washroom with two showers and another WC, and combined dressing/utility room with access to a terrace. At the other end of the villa, a separate glazed terrace leads to a larger outdoor terrace.

Blockhaus, Baujahr 1989, Wohnküche, 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten, 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten + 2 Zustellbetten, Waschraum, elektrische Sauna, offene Veranda. Separate Seesauna (holzbeheizter Saunaofen) mit Kaminzimmer und kleiner Küche (ohne Geschirr), Waschraum, Ankleideraum, Dusche, WC. Die Seesauna befindet sich ca. 110 m vom Haus entfernt und kann das ganze Jahr über genutzt werden. Das Haus befindet sich am felsigen Hügel und es gibt einen Hang vom Haus zum Ufer. Es wird empfohlen, die Strasse vom Haus zum Ufer (Entfernung 150 m, im Sommer auch mit dem Auto erreichbar) zu benutzen. Es gibt auch Treppen zum Ufer, aber sie sind ziemlich steil und weil sie aus Holz sind, können sie beim Regen rutschig sein (Treppen werden im Winter nicht benutzt). Das Haus befindet sich in einem ländlichen Dorf, am Hügel und die Sauna ist unten am See. Der nächste Nachbar (50 m) ist ein Getreidetrockner, der im August/September nur wenige Wochen benutzt wird (verursacht beim Arbeiten Geräusche und kann auf dem Hof des Hauses gehört werden).
