Ferienhaus, Baujahr 1990, in einem Kiefernbestand zwischen dem See Viipusjärvi und dem Teich Törikänlampi, Schlafzimmer 1: Doppelbett, Schlafzimmer 2: zwei Betten, Wohnzimmer: Schlafsofa für zwei Personen, offener Kamin, Wohnküche, elektrische Sauna. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Campinggebiet Viipus, wo das ganze Jahr über 3 Ferienhäuser zur Verfügung und im Sommer zusätzlich Campinghütten stehen. Regenbogenforellen sind im nahe gelegenen Teich Törikänlampi verfügbar. Teich Törikänlampi ist ein kleiner, 15 m tiefer Teich mit hellem Wasser. Bademöglichkeit für Personen, die schwimmen können. Der See Viipusjärvi vertieft sich sanft und es gibt einen Steg. Der Strand wird von den Kunden des Campingsplatzes gemeinsam genutzt. Ruderboot zur Mitbenutzung am See Viipusjärvi. Zusätzliche Ausstattung: Grillhütte im Umkreis von 200 m, zur öffentlichen Nutzung für die Campinggäste und Skifahrer im Winter. Beschreibung
Yksittäinen ja viihtyisä hirsimökki Rukan ydinalueella Kelokaltiokylässä, aivan rinteiden ja palvelujen läheisyydessä. Vuonna 1986 rakennettu mökki on remontoitu vuosina 2025–26, yhdistäen perinteisen mökkitunnelman ja nykyaikaisen mukavuuden.
Mökissä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista toisessa on parisänky ja toisessa käytännöllinen kerrossänky. Lisäksi pienellä parvella on kaksi patjaa, joten majoittumaan mahtuu mukavasti jopa kuusi henkeä. Tilat sopivat erinomaisesti niin perheille kuin ystäväporukoille.
Sijainti on erinomainen: Rukan monipuoliset ympärivuotiset ulkoilumahdollisuudet löytyvät aivan kävelymatkan päästä, ja Rukan kylän ravintolat, kaupat ja muut palvelut ovat vain noin 700 metrin päässä. Täydellinen tukikohta niin aktiiviseen lomaan kuin rauhalliseen rentoutumiseen.

Cozy other half of semi-detached villa built in 2008, located in the Plantinginharju area of Ruka. This holiday home offers plenty of space for a larger family, with nine sleeping places. The total floor area is 90 m² (74 m² + 16 m²), plus additional low-ceilinged space on the loft.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with two 80 cm wide single beds. The cabin has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a pull-out double bed (160 cm when extended) and a mattress/pouffe suitable for one person.
The living room/kitchen provides a comfortable space for dining and relaxing, with views towards the lake. The electric sauna invites you to unwind, and for added comfort there is a hydro massage bath outdoors and a wood-heated barrel sauna by the shore, both available for rent, where you can enjoy the lakeside scenery.
