15 km südlich von Porvoo, Finnischer Meerbusen 30 m, ziemlich flacher Sandboden, aber am Ende des Stegs ist das Wasser bereits tief. Kein Boot im Preis inbegriffen, aber Motorboot kann gemietet werden. Holzvilla, Baujahr 2000, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Duschraum/WC, Sauna (Elektroherd), Flur, verglaste Terrasse (die Glaswand zum Meer kann komplett geöffnet werden). Es gibt einen Kamin auf der Terrasse. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Schlafzimmer, hinter dem Schrank. Fussbodenheizung im Schlafzimmer und Duschbad/WC. Luftwärmepumpe. Sonnenenergie wird auch verwendet, um die Villa zu heizen. Hinweis! In der Sauna befindet sich auch Holzofen (so genannte Aito-kiuas, Heizung erfordert Erfahrung). Aitokiuas ist nur am Tag der Ankunft verfügbar. Der Eigentümer heizt es und bereitet es vor, wenn der Kunde mindestens eine Woche vor Beginn des Urlaubs eine Vorreservierung vornimmt. Kunden können den Ofen nicht selbst bedienen. Es gibt jedoch einen Elektroherd, der jederzeit verwendet werden kann. Kinderbett (Baby-Reisebett) und Hochstuhl nur nach Voranmeldung erhältlich. Es besteht eine Brückenverbindung zur Insel. Das Gut "Heikko Manor" befindet sich am gegenüberliegenden Ufer. Das nächste Nachbarhaus ist das Haus des Eigentümers am selben Ort. Der Eigentümer wohnt nicht im Haus, wenn die Kunden in der Villa Blomvik sind. Der Eigentümer kann jedoch gelegentlich sein Haus besuchen, z.B. um den Rasen zu schneiden. Der Eigentümer teilt den Kunden am Tag der Ankunft mit, wenn z.B. das Gras geschnitten werden kann. In der Vergangenheit gab es bestenfalls über 20 Bootsbauer. Auf der Insel gibt es ein Museum über Schnitzen von Booten. Das Museum kann nur nach gesonderter Vereinbarung/Bezahlung besichtigt werden. Valkjärvi 2 is a lovely small round log cabin perfect, for example, for couples seeking a peaceful getaway. Next to the cabin, there is a bridge and duckboards leading to a small island, where you'll find a campfire site. The island may occasionally have other visitors.
Note due to the water level, the island's girder/bridge is not yet available - the island can be reached by rowing a boat. Use of extension trees / bridge at your own risk.

The cabin features two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the upper floor, both furnished with double beds. The living room/kitchen includes a sofa bed that accommodates two guests.
