Dieses charmante Holzferienhaus liegt 24 km westlich von Pori in Finnland und befindet sich direkt an den Ufern der Bucht Eteläselkä, die Teil des Selkämeri-Meeres ist. Das 1960 erbaute Ferienhaus strahlt rustikalen Charakter und Wärme aus und bietet einen authentischen finnischen Küstenaufenthalt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit einem 115 cm breiten Schlafsofa, eine Nische mit einem 120 cm breiten Bett und eine Schlafecke mit einem 90 cm breiten Bett. Ein separates Gebäude von 10 m² bietet zusätzlichen Schlafplatz mit einem 160 cm breiten Doppelbett.

Eine überdachte Terrasse bietet einen geschützten Bereich zum Entspannen und Genießen der frischen Meeresluft. Ein Gasgrill steht für die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten zur Verfügung. Das Ferienhaus liegt nur 30 m vom Meer entfernt; Stegtreppe führen direkt ins Wasser. Der Meeresboden ist schlammig und fällt steil ab. Ein Ruderboot steht zur Verfügung, um die ruhigen Gewässer der Bucht Eteläselkä zu erkunden. Ein Whirlpool kann gegen Aufpreis gebucht werden.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine traditionelle Holzofen-Sauna. Ein Waschraum und eine Toilette befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Der Whirlpool ist Selbstversorgerprinzip: Die Gäste sind selbst für das Befüllen, Heizen und Reinigen des Whirlpools verantwortlich.

There is also a desk in the living room, along with a sleeping area separated by a slatted wall, which has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The sofa includes an additional bed for one, measuring 70 x 190 cm.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The price includes bed linens for the double bed. Bed linens for the sofa bed are also included, but the renter will need to make it up himself/herself if necessary.

There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16696), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.
The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder.
