Es gibt eine Brückenverbindung zur Insel. Ferienhaus direkt am Meer, das auch für grössere Familie geeignet ist. Es gibt einen flachen Rasen mit einigen Bepflanzungen. Von der geschlossenen Terrasse und vom Wohnzimmer aus gibt es Meerblick. Es gibt einen direkten Blick auf das benachbarte Ferienhaus. Der schöne Sandstrand von Yyter ist 9 km, das Kurhotel von Yyter 9 km und der Golfplatz von Yyter 8 m entfernt. Weitere Informationen über Dienstleistungen von Yyter: www.visityyteri.fi. Cozy and warmly decorated wooden apartment near the center of Rauma and the Old Rauma. This property is ideal for a few days' stay or a longer visit. Services and attractions are close by, and you can prepare meals in the comfortable apartment according to your own schedule.
1.4 km from the city center, wooden apartment (1940).
Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area for four, and sufficient dishes.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower.
The living room features a sofa, chair, wardrobe, large flat-screen TV, and a soundbar that allows for Bluetooth music playback. There is also a desk in the living room, along with a sleeping area separated by a slatted wall, which has a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The sofa includes an additional bed for one, measuring 70 x 190 cm.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The price includes bed linens for the double bed. Bed linens for the sofa bed are also included, but the renter will need to make it up himself/herself if necessary.

There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16696), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.
The plot is coniferous forest terrain sloping gently towards the lake. The bottom of the lake near the shore is sandy and shallow, becoming softer farther out. There is a small pier with a swim ladder.
